I am dedicated to helping people realize their personal and relational potential. My expertise is in intrapersonal growth, relationship therapy, and LGBTQ issues. I specialize in issues surrounding anxiety, depression and interpersonal relationships. I assist people in understanding their unhelpful thinking patterns, navigating healthy relationship dynamics, and difficulties in communication. My work ranges from problem solving and solution-focused, to deeper dynamic work that seeks understanding of self and relationship patterns and boundaries. In my couple's work, I focus on dismantling barriers to communication and addressing the needs of the individuals in the relationship as well as the relationship itself. Pronouns: She/Her/Hers My focus is to work with clients toward regaining balance, identifying strengths and providing interventions specific to the client’s needs. I work to provide an atmosphere that is inviting and non-biased. I am here to listen and ask reflective questions to guide you toward your best self.
The first session is an intake session. I need to gather information and hear as much of your story as possible so I typically rely on a narrative method. I ask a few important questions and rely on your narrative account of the situation to answer other important questions. Before our initial session, I will review your intake paperwork to allow me more time to listen.

I work well with many client types. I work well with clients who are willing even if unable to easily think through catalysts for issues.
