First session
Your first session will consists of going through consent forms, and information gathering, determining the frequency of your appts and what it is that you would like to accomplish/work on.
Strengths
I am easily relatable to my clients and I tailor sessions to their needs. I have a powerful way of allowing others to reflect.
Ideal clients
I am best positioned to serve clients who are seeking deeper self-understanding and meaningful, sustainable change in their lives. This includes individuals navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, or feelings of being “stuck.” Many of the clients I work best with are thoughtful, introspective, and motivated for growth, even if they feel uncertain about where to begin. They may be coping with overwhelming emotions, patterns that no longer serve them, or a desire to improve their sense of balance, identity, and well-being. My approach is particularly well-suited for those who value a collaborative, compassionate space where they can explore their experiences, build insight, and develop practical tools to move toward their personal goals.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I connect with my clients by exploring their thoughts/feelings and teaching how to become more self-aware.
