There is a moment in every person’s story when something says, “I can’t keep doing this the same way.” That moment matters. It may be quiet, messy, unexpected, or long overdue—but it can also be the beginning of something different. After more than 20 years in behavioral health and over 11 years as a clinician, I’ve learned that therapy is not about having all the answers. It’s about having a place to stop, breathe, tell the truth about where you are, and discover where you want to go next.
PLEASE NOTE: I currently only have availability for Tuesdays 11am (biweekly) & Thursdays 9am (biweekly).
