Whether you’re managing ADHD, anxiety, depression, navigating life transitions, or working on relationships and personal growth, therapy can be a place to feel supported, understood, and gently challenged to make meaningful changes.
My goal is to make this process as easy and approachable as possible, so you can take each step at your own pace while moving toward the life you want.As a CBT therapist, I help you make sense of patterns in your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I work with you to shift what’s not helping, find practical tools, and provide a space where you can be understood without judgment. Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating. I want to provide a space for relief, growth, and change. If you’re ready to take the first step, I’d be honored to walk with you. There’s no perfect time to start, just the right time for you. Let’s explore what’s possible, together!
First session
I work with clients to address the issues that are impacting them on a daily basis. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand and collaborate to create a plan for how therapy can help you live a fuller life.
Strengths
My therapy sessions tend to be active and dynamic to help provide coping skills when needed. Other times, it can look like holding space for intense emotions or questions that don't necessarily have answers. I like to go at your speed and your needs for each session.
Ideal clients
I work with a wide range of clients, in particular those that are wanting to engage with life a little differently. No matter your mindset, concern, or goals, I want to work alongside you to live a fuller life. There is no perfect time to start therapy, but you are making the courageous first step by starting your search for the right provider.
