I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in work with adults experiencing burnout and meaning-related distress following chronic stress, illness, or major life transitions. My approach is practical, focused, and depth-informed, aimed at restoring clarity and forward movement. I enjoy questions of depth and meaning while also maintaining a pragmatic approach to counseling. I look forward to discussing the human experience with you.
The first session focuses on understanding what’s bringing you in, clarifying goals, and assessing fit. We’ll review relevant background, discuss how I work, and identify initial areas of focus. You’re encouraged to ask questions—this is a collaborative process aimed at determining whether working together makes sense.
My strength lies in working with clients who want an engaged, thoughtful therapy process rather than passive support. I’m structured and transparent in my work, helping clients build usable insight and translate it into concrete change without relying on vague validation or endless exploration.
I work with adults navigating burnout, identity strain, and meaning crises—often after prolonged stress, illness, or life disruption. I’m particularly well-suited for thoughtful clients who want clarity and traction without unnecessary pathologizing or endless processing.
