I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, and I work primarily with adults and adolescents. I mainly work with clients with PTSD, Complex PTSD, anxiety, ADHD and depression. I help my clients explore their childhood experiences and how it impacts their relationships, emotions and presenting problems for therapy. Therapy is a collaborative relationship where you should feel seen and heard as your whole self. I am committed to serving diverse communities and to building a comfortable, nonjudgmental space free from pressure and stigma.

I’ll invite you to share what brings you in- your concerns, goals, and anything that feels important for me to understand. You never have to share more than you’re ready for; we move at your pace.

I’m best positioned to serve clients who are motivated for meaningful change—even if they’re not yet sure what that looks like. Many of the people I work with come in feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves or others. They may be navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, life transitions, perfectionism, or patterns they’ve outgrown but don’t yet know how to shift. I’m especially well-suited for people who want therapy to be collaborative—where we look at both insight and action. Whether your goals are to reduce symptoms, understand yourself more deeply, improve communication, set healthier boundaries, heal from past experiences, or build a more grounded, balanced life, I work with clients who want a process that is compassionate, structured, and tailored to them
