We can have difficulties after experiencing a traumatic event. At times, we can feel numb, depressed or unable to regulate our emotions while navigating through life. I help my clients with tools that they can apply according to the word of God. During this process of assisting my clients, I guide them to receive healing through Christ. My counseling modalities are Christian Counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Play therapy. I work with children and adolescents with emotional trauma, PTSD, depression, and oppositional defiant/ behavioral issues. I work with adults (females only) with unresolved childhood trauma, anxiety, narcissism abuse, relationship issues, sexual abuse and depression. I am a Master's Level Licensed Mental Health Counselor with training in Trauma Work.

My decision to become a therapist was based on my need to restart my life more happily and healthily a little over 10 years ago. I take a more existential approach to psychotherapy and utilize other approaches such as CBT and DBT and teach about the brain and how it reacts to stress.
