Hi, my name is Rosaura, but please call me Rose. Do you ever feel like your thoughts are "too much"? Or maybe you're having certain negative thoughts that interrupt your daily life, relationships, and even work? I can help you understand these thoughts to be able to manage them and continue to live your life. I help people who are suffering from anxiety and depression by teaching them and inviting them to understand where these thoughts are coming from and why they are happening. I like to use cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness to enhance awareness and increase mindfulness in our day-to-day life.
