Hello, my name is Veronica, and I am a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 14 years of experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families. My calling is to encourage and support my clients on their journeys to improving their relationships with others and more importantly, with themselves. Veronica has been nothing but amazing during the times that I have met with her. She always makes me feel seen, heard, and validated. Veronica also focuses on finding solutions to problems, which I appreciate greatly! I have also noticed that if one technique/coping method doesn’t work, Veronica goes above and beyond to find other techniques that may work. Veronica is a great listener and truly cares about each of her patients.

Veronica has been approachable, compassionate, and easy to talk to. She helped me realize what I thought was seasonal depression was actually a negative self-talk loop, and guided me in building confidence, sitting with my emotions, and removing negatives from my life.
