At The Listening Room, we provide structured, goal-oriented therapy for individuals, families, and court-ordered referrals. Sessions are focused and collaborative, with most clients beginning to report noticeable progress within 6–7 sessions. Whether you’re navigating personal challenges, family conflict, or mandated treatment, we offer a professional, supportive space where growth and healing can take place. For those interested in in-person sessions, these are available by appointment only. Before meeting in person, we first conduct three initial assessments to understand your needs and develop a tailored treatment plan—ensuring your time with us is purposeful and productive. To make therapy more accessible, we’ve partnered with Grow Therapy, a trusted platform that manages insurance billing and referrals. While The Listening Room LLC is independently owned and operated, Grow Therapy helps streamline access to care by handling the administrative side—so we can focus on delivering quality mental health services and truly listening to you.
