Hi! I'm Sarah, a licensed mental health therapist based in Florida. I provide virtual psychotherapy to young adults (>30). I help my clients to build self-esteem, resiliency, and overcome life's obstacles through a personalized treatment plan. Many of my clients feel "stuck" and are struggling with a range of issues including negative self-talk, specific phobias, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem.

As a mental health therapist, my passion is to help clients find peace and purpose in their lives. Whether a client is struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship problems, stress, grief, identity formation or other emotional and/or mental health concerns, my goal is to come along side them. We will work together to help the client identify their strengths and build upon those. Additionally, identifying coping skills for each client is a goal of therapy that works towards helping clients find their peace and purpose. This is typically done through Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy with a strengths-based approach in my work with clients. I have worked with clients of all ages through my time as a mental health therapist. As an adoptee, adoptive parent and former foster parent, I specialize in working with families formed through foster care and/or adoption and with individuals who are a part of the adoption triad.

I am Licensed Mental Health Counselor who received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice at Saint Leo University, Master of Science degree in General Psychology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Nova Southeastern University. She has over 7 years of clinical experience gained from various of populations (incarcerated women and men, and community mental health) and provides virtual clinical therapy in Florida, Georgia and Texas. Antionette is also a Qualified Supervisor (QS), she oversees mental health counselors’ interns seeking licensure in Florida.
