New to Grow
Hello ! My name is Arleen and I come to sessions with an open heart and ear for those seeking guidance on life's stressors. I have worked in multiple settings within the past 18 years, which has expanded my capacity to understand and guide clients from diverse backgrounds manage life events. I believe in the importance of meeting the client where they are and fostering hope in their lives.
The client can expect to be seen when sharing the reasons for wanting treatment. I want the client to not feel pressured having to explain everything and just understand that I am there as an advocate for them and will work towards guiding them through their treatment goals.
I am able to connect with clients quickly with my authenticity and supportive attitude. My goal is to create a welcoming setting in order to assist in bringing out the best out of you (client).
I work best with individuals going through transition in their careers or life goals. Those seeking coping skills to manage current life stressors, either their job, family, and/or peers. Clients can be experiencing anxiety and/or depression with daily life stressors and seek guidance on how to navigate through them. I am also sensitive to clients who have past trauma events and seeking to have an understanding of those events and how to work through them in order to have a better qualify of life.
