When life gives us the unexpected sometimes, we need support systems that may seem untraditional to some. As a therapist, I welcome all the doubts that you may have about engaging in the therapeutic process. Therapy is a partnership, meaning I will be there to motivate and challenge you to arrive at the desired outcome. Most of my career has had a focus on working with individuals who suffer from dual diagnosis, trauma, and poor coping skills. Each treatment plan is developed personally for each individual meeting their own personal needs. My primary treatment orientation includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. I also have a passion for working with those suffering from burnout in the workplace and those seeking personal self-care plans. My interaction from beginning to end will also include trauma-informed care. Our first session will include information gathering. You gathering information from me and me gathering information from you so we both understand the needs, and wants of the therapeutic partnership.

Using Solution Focused Brief Treatment allows me as your therapist to allow you to immediately to problem solve in an structured supportive environment.
