My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I find CBT is one of the most effective in treating depression and anxiety by identifying our thoughts, feelings, behaviors and bodily sensations to create positive change.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Helping clients identify and accept the different parts of themselves can assist with healing the parts that are wounded.

Polyvagal Therapy

Understanding how trauma impacts the body can assist in the healing process by helping to regulate emotions, increase connection, and understand how the nervous system reacts to cues of safety or danger.
