Hello, my name is Virginia Gibala. I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling. I have been practicing for over twenty years. I have over five years of experience seeing client through telehealth.
👋 Hi, I’m Don Patton, I’m a licensed mental health therapist specializing in substance use, co-occurring mental health conditions, and the patterns that keep people stuck despite wanting to change. My background is primarily in residential treatment, where I’ve worked closely with individuals in early recovery navigating high risk transitions, emotional instability, and repeated relapse cycles.
That experience has shaped how I approach therapy. I’ve seen firsthand that insight alone is not enough. Many of the people I work with are intelligent, self-aware, and capable, but continue to struggle when it comes to applying that awareness in real-life situations. My work is focused on closing that gap.
I tend to be direct, structured, and practical in session. I will challenge thinking patterns that are keeping you stuck; while also helping you build tools that are realistic and usable outside of therapy. At the same time, I understand that change requires trust, consistency, and a space where you can be honest without judgment.
My goal is not just to help you understand yourself better, it’s to help you create measurable, sustainable change in how you think, respond, and move forward.
I am a compassionate therapist dedicated to helping clients understand themselves, heal, and grow. I create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences and develop practical tools for lasting change. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, offer steady guidance, and walk alongside you at a pace that feels right for your healing journey.
Hi, I’m Patrice, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 36 years of experience in the mental health field. I work with adults who feel overwhelmed on the inside but are still managing to function on the outside. If you find yourself stuck in your thoughts, emotionally drained, or unsure how to move forward, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is practical, supportive, and tailored to you. I use evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness strategies to help you feel more grounded, clear, and in control.
Together, we’ll focus on understanding what’s happening beneath the surface and creating realistic, meaningful changes that improve your daily life.
Maybe you've been handling things on your own for a long time. From the outside, you may even seem like you're doing fine, but something doesn't feel right. You might feel stuck, overwhelmed, frustrated, or simply tired of dealing with the same problems over and over. Career changes, relationship difficulties, separation or divorce, becoming a parent, changes in family roles, or other life transitions can leave you questioning what's next.
You don't need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. My approach is collaborative, straightforward, and practical. Together, we'll work to understand what's keeping you stuck and develop strategies that can help you create meaningful change in your everyday life.
Many of the people I work with are used to handling things on their own but have reached a point where something isn't working anymore. They may be navigating stress, relationship difficulties, career or family changes, or simply feeling stuck. They want to better understand what's happening, make practical changes, and feel more confident about what comes next.
Akiva Garellek focuses on meeting his clients where they are. Working together with his clients and meeting their needs is of the utmost importance. He uses evidence-based models, such as CBT and DBT, in his practice. Even more importantly, he offers a great deal of empathy and will take on your problems and attack them as if they are his own.
Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted to get into a career path that would make a difference in people’s lives. This interest led me to study psychology and mental health, ultimately leading me to a rewarding career in helping people. As a licensed Mental Health Counselor in the greater New York & South Florida area, I am committed to the well-being of all my clients and go above and beyond to cater to their needs.
I truly care for all of my clients and work diligently to help find them the answers they seek. Since 2016, I have worked with a variety of clients dealing with circumstances that are unique to their lives, which led me down the path of specializing in working with children utilizing play therapy.

I’ve been passionate about psychology since I was eighteen, when I began studying it in Cuba. My mother once told me she had always dreamed of being a psychologist but had to follow another path—and that dream inspired my own. After completing my degree in Cuba, where I worked in inpatient and school settings, I continued my journey in the United States and earned my master’s degree in psychology.
Over the years, I’ve worked with children, families, and adults through moments of crisis, grief, and major life transitions. My experience with multidisciplinary teams has taught me to see each person as a whole—emotionally, physically, spiritually, and socially. Healing happens when we look at the full picture of someone’s life, not just their symptoms.

Maybe you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns you can't quite name. Maybe life has shifted and you're not sure who you are on the other side. I'm Erikka, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and I help adults navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions with warm, trauma-informed care that helps you breathe, heal, and reconnect with yourself.
Hello. I am a caregiver by nature and have worked in many roles in healthcare. I love helping and healing. I often use art therapy techniques in therapy that heal by putting things on paper to make thoughts and feelings tangible, so we can see them, touch them and wrap our mind around it and what heals. I was born into a musical family and see how music can be a powerful tool to heal, to manage and to cope. My practice is grounded in proven strategies and most of my clients do get better. Therapy works. I have seen it thousands of times at this point in my career. I can only hope that what has helped others will help you meet your therapy goals too.
Hi, I'm Clarisa, a licensed therapist (LMHC) based in Florida. I was born in Venezuela and grew up in Miami, and I work with a lot of clients who are navigating identity, family expectations, or the push and pull of straddling two cultures, because I've lived that too. Outside the therapy room, you'll usually find me working out, cooking recipes I see on social media, spending time with friends and family, or unapologetically binging a TV show. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, currently finishing my Doctorate in Psychology, and I also have a background in psychological evaluations, but what matters more day to day is that I show up curious, warm, and genuinely in your corner, not just taking notes.
I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a trauma-informed approach and a deep commitment to meeting clients where they are. With extensive experience across diverse settings—including homelessness outreach, crisis counseling, and long-term support for individuals with serious mental illness (SMI)—I offer compassionate, effective care tailored to each individual's unique needs.
My practice spans all populations and age groups, and I'm fluent in working with complex issues such as autism, ADHD, anxiety, neurocognitive disorders (including dementia with behavioral disturbances), and geriatric mental health. Whether you're navigating a crisis, living with a chronic condition, or seeking support for everyday challenges, I’m here to provide grounded, respectful, and results-focused care.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, inpatient, community mental health, veteran services, student counseling, and crisis settings. I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the lasting effects of difficult experiences.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported while also being challenged to grow. Together, we will explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful and lasting change.
After overcoming some of my own personal struggles by utilizing therapy, I began my career in mental health with a deep passion for helping people find healing and purpose through some of life’s most difficult moments. Over the years, I’ve been privileged to work with dually diagnosed populations, lead multidisciplinary teams, and implement quality assurance programs that elevate client care. Originally trained in both Environmental Sciences and Anthropology, my perspective as a therapist is grounded in curiosity, connection, and respect for each person’s unique story.
Hello, my name is Kimberly and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10+ year of experience. I have worked with a variety of populations ranging from 2 years old to 80 years old. I have worked with individuals who have a variety of mental health conditions as well as those who have experienced life challenges and transitions. I am currently taking on 5-10 clients and specializing in ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, and providing support to those in need.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting adults through life’s challenges and transitions. I work with clients navigating relationship and friendship difficulties, immigration-related stress, self-worth concerns, military, motivation, and personal goals. I also provide an affirming space for members of the LGBTQ+ community.
My approach is warm, supportive, and focused on empathetic listening. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients feel comfortable speaking openly. I am compassionate but also straightforward—I believe therapy works best when we can talk honestly about what is happening and focus on practical ways to move forward. I also offer therapy in Russian for clients who feel more comfortable speaking in their native language.
Hello! My name is Larry.
Life can get pretty overwhelming and sometimes we need a helping hand.
I have 20 plus years experience helping folks with overwhelming anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship issues and recovery from trauma. My approach is to join you in partnership to identify your needs and create personalized solutions.
I enjoy working with a wide range of folks from all walks of life. I am LGBT friendly and affirming. I take a “whole person” holistic approach while employing evidence based practices. As such, we can work to help you integrate your family life, work life, spirituality as we work toward healing and becoming your very best self.
Seeking therapy is a brave thing! You've already taken the first step. Let's work together.
Hello, I'm Allison. I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist who has been in private practice since 2018. I previously worked in dual diagnosis treatment centers for addiction/ mental health for seven years. I help individuals, couples and families improve communication, rebuild connection, and navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence. Many times clients who contact me have no experience in therapy, but just know that their life is not satisfying or something is off. That's enough by the way! Anything and everything can be discussed in therapy. I have frequently been told I'm easy to open up to, and clients often feel relieved that I am more directive than a therapist who listens without guidance. I enjoy cheering on my clients' wins, but also being there for the hard moments, and genuinely love what I do.
Finding relief and reconnecting with a sense of peace is more achievable than it might feel right now—and once you start, the process of change often unfolds more quickly than you expect.

Coming from a Cognitive Behavior Therapy framework and his experience also as a spiritual leader, he helps people CONNECT again with their Self, Relationships, and Spiritual sense of purpose within their unique destiny and purpose in life. Whether it is a major mental illness or a major life issue or relationship struggle, Daniel seeks to bring things back together in an orderly fashion that leads again to wholeness and fullness of life.
As a natural born healer and counselor, Daniel started noticing in childhood that people just felt comfortable opening up their lives to him. His older brother Randall explained to him, "Daniel, it's because they can tell you really care." So he's been a life long learner of how to help people best, with a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Georgia, a Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary, and Master in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Florida, along with 1600 hours of Clinical Pastoral Education and a "Mini-MBA" certificate from Rollins College.

I'm Michael Christopher Anthony Blake Edwards, but you can call me Mikie, a Canadian-American, U.S. trained Psychotherapist and Board Cerified Counselor, EMDR Therapist, Basic ART Practitioner, Mindful Hypnotist, Lifestyle and Wellness Coach, Qualified Supervisor (for those interested in LMHC or LMFT licensure in the State of Florida), Licensed Mental Health Counselor living in Ontario, CA. I am executive director and Owner of EPIC Flourish in the State of Florida, where I was born and raised, working with driven adults — executives, entrepreneurs, first responders, and veterans — who look like they have it together from the outside but feel scattered, on edge, or disconnected on the inside. If you've built the career, stayed disciplined, and kept pushing, and something still feels off, that's not a character flaw. It's usually a sign your mind and body are asking for something you haven't addressed yet.
With 14+ years of clinical experience, I hold licensure as an LMHC, plus certifications as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Certified Mindfulness-Informed Professional (CMIP), and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP). I've also completed Harvard Medical School Executive Education in Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching and trained in Mindful Hypnosis.
I offer secure telehealth sessions across all 67 Florida counties and work with most major insurance plans, so cost doesn't have to be the barrier to getting real help. New clients are currently welcome.
This isn't about becoming someone different. It's about clearing out what's in the way so the version of you who already knows how to lead, adapt, and perform under pressure can actually feel steady doing it.
Welcome! Thank you for checking out this space. My name is Tammy. If you have struggled with traditional talk therapies and feel like they haven't always met your needs then you are at the right spot. I use several different evidence based modalities to help reset your nervous systems, update the way your mind had been processing information to clear out trauma or lingering emotions that have been stuck on.
I believe we all have had those times where we ask ourselves; why can't I just get myself to start or stop doing (______) fill in the blank. It is because where we are conscious of things is not where things are being caused.
Ready to develop skills and understand yourself in a way that helps you move into the desired behavior you have been wanting, release emotions and energy that no longer are serving a purpose for you greater good. Then let's meet to discuss your personal needs further and go from there!

I have experience in helping patients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, and career difficulties.
Tengo vasta experiencia ayudando a mis clientes con sus estresores, ansiedades, con pérdidas de seres queridos u otra índole, motivación, autoestima y autoconfianza, así como cambios o desarrollos de carreras.
I work with my patients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
With the application of cognitive behavioral therapy, client-centered, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused brief therapy methods as well as other individual techniques that match your individual needs, we can work towards alleviating how you feel and create insights into your unique situation.
You can understand exactly why you keep doing something and still feel completely stuck in it.
With 20 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with adults who are tired of repeating patterns that no longer work for them. My style is active, relational, practical, and conversational. We look beyond what happened to what keeps happening—what activates the pattern, what keeps it going, and where we can actually interrupt it.
I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, neurodivergence, relationship difficulties, serious illness, major life transitions, and burnout from carrying too much for too long. I’m LGBTQ+ affirming and welcoming of diverse identities, sexualities, and non-traditional relationship structures. I’m genuinely open-minded about how people build relationships and live their lives. You’re unlikely to shock me, and vanilla is certainly not a requirement for admission.
You don’t have to clean yourself up for therapy. Bring the contradictions, questionable decisions, weird relationship dynamics, dark humor, 47 tabs of self-help information, and the thing you’re pretty sure will make me judge you. I probably won’t.
My approach is integrative, drawing from CBT, motivational interviewing, attachment-based work, somatic and nervous-system awareness, mindfulness, behavioral strategies, and psychoeducation. I’m endlessly curious about what makes people tick, and I translate therapy concepts into normal language.
I’m warm and supportive, but I’m not a therapist who just nods and agrees with everything you say. I’ll believe you about your experience while sometimes lovingly questioning the story your brain has built around it. I’ll notice patterns, contradictions, play devil’s advocate, and help turn insight into something useful outside the therapy room.
We’ll probably laugh in therapy, sometimes about things that objectively aren’t funny. Humans are weird.
Therapeutic fit matters enormously to me, and I have no ego about being the right therapist for everyone.
My name is Ashley, I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 10 years of experience. Welcome
I’m Ellen Johnson, LCSW, a therapist who works with adults who have insight—but still feel caught in old emotional patterns. You may understand the “why” behind your reactions and still find it hard to do something different when it matters most.
My work is grounded in curiosity, not judgment. Together, we explore what drives your responses, what safety means to you, and how to create lasting change that doesn’t depend on willpower alone.
You don’t have to start with confidence—just with willingness.
I work extensively with people to assist them with improving relationships, work to improve management of anxiety, anger management while improving self-confidence, and self-esteem. I also work with depressive-based symptoms and teach coping and improved thought processes to create a lifelong change to your ability to meet your needs. Together, we will identify what's not working and get you back to a baseline that works for you. I work holistically, my therapy provides tools to support needs within yourself, your relationships, and your family dynamic. I also have many years experience working with people with Autism as well as all Applied Behavioral modalities. When a person is seeking therapy, this is a huge leap of faith towards asking for help that I deeply respect and admire. I will provide a non-judgmental, compassionate space for you to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I will always meet you “where you are” and provide strength-based solutions through evidence-based techniques so you can overcome and move forward in your life. Let's get started!

I have expertise in working with all ages and am trained and skilled in working with people with neuro-divergent symptoms and diagnoses, along with their families. I also enjoy helping people recover from trauma, anxiety/depression and life transitions.
I also adore working with individuals who aspire to reach deeper and engage in self-improvement and self-care. Let's get together soon so that we can evaluate and assess your needs and priorities. I love working with people who want to learn in our eager to not only heal, but also experience change, meaning a changed self. Hi there! I'm Dorian.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida - a Jax native with a recent move south to the Space Coast. I received my Masters of Social Work from Florida State University in 2014 focusing on clinical social work.
I approach therapy with flexibility and adaptability, focusing on what will best align with you, the client. But, of note, I do so very casually, honestly, conversationally, and course, hilariously (the latter, though subjective, has been confirmed. By me.) . Opening yourself up to therapy can be intimidating! A bit scary! But there's no requirement stating you must dread it.
Through my views on mental health, self help, and all kinds of therapy - combined with, well, my personality - it seems that I've become adept at a sort of "stealth therapy." Admittedly self-defined, I'd best explain this by saying that sessions are conversational, instead of a "traditional" therapist-role to client-role back and forth.
Just kidding. But, I approach therapy in a way I . I don't speak in riddles, and I won't pretend that I know you better than you know you. I listen, I hear your words -- your input has value and I will never dismiss you or your concerns.
Hello and Welcome! I'm Christy.
Take a moment to acknowledge you've taken the first step towards bettering your mental health because, let's be honest - starting therapy can be empowering, confusing, or scary, all at the same time.
I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore obstacles with concerns related to a wide array of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and/or self-care, just to name a few. I focus on helping clients develop assertive communication & boundaries with themselves and those around them that can help improve their quality of life.
Counseling can foster personal development in whatever way you may be seeking and help build the life you so deeply deserve. If that's what you're looking for, I'm here when you're ready to share.

My name is Algelis Gonzalez, though I am commonly known as Al. My motivation to become a therapist stems from my personal journey. Growing up in a Latino culture, I developed a curiosity about people both within my community and beyond. This curiosity has driven me to understand the reasons behind our behaviors, both positive and negative. Throughout my career as a therapist, I continue to learn and grow, drawing from the vast knowledge available in the field.
I am deeply committed to helping my clients embrace their true selves, regardless of their personality traits—whether they are humorous, quiet and shy, hesitant to trust, or feeling frustrated with the world. I believe that everyone is welcome in my practice. Recognizing that none of us are perfect and that we are all striving to make sense of life’s complexities, I focus on exploring my clients’ experiences with respect and understanding. My goal is to facilitate their growth in ways they may not have previously thought possible.
My dream client is someone who recognizes that they deserve to be happy and is genuinely ready to grow. They approach the therapeutic process with an open mind, understanding that motivation and introspection can develop over time. This client is committed to taking control of their life and actively managing symptoms of mental health that hinder their well-being, paving the way for a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle.

Hi, I'm Katie, a Licensed Clinical Social.
Helping and supporting others has been a driving factor in my life; therefore, I began my career as a teacher. My education and experience in the classroom greatly influenced me; however, I saw how difficult it is to learn when one is struggling with many emotional and mental health needs. While in graduate school, I transitioned to working with families in more of a case management role. During that time, I started noticing how the adults I worked with were often struggling and had not received the help they needed. After completing graduate school, I began working in an inpatient hospital that treats mental health and chemical dependency. After several years working with patients individually and facilitating group therapy, I transitioned to managing an intensive outpatient mental health program for senior adults. In this role, I facilitated group therapy and met with patients individually at times. I greatly enjoyed getting to know my clients and cheering alongside them as they made progress. While I value group therapy, I recognize that it is not the right fit for everyone. Therefore, I have set up a private practice to meet the needs of individuals in ways I was unable to do in previous roles. I believe change is possible and that each person has strengths and life experiences that they can draw upon to help themselves move forward. My passion is helping clients utilize what they already have, learn additional tools for coping, and develop healthier ways of thinking.
