I am a 46 year old single father of two wonderful boys. I found my purpose as a therapist after years in the business world. Life’s successes and failures have helped shape me into someone who can empathize with just about any situation a client brings into session. In addition to work, I enjoy living an active, playful life with my kiddos.

During our first session, we will walk through your life story. This is the best way for me to have a contextual understanding of how you came to be the person you are today.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I have three characteristics that help me so much as a therapist. I have a natural ability to relate well to a wide variety of people. I’m able to make pretty much anyone feel comfortable talking about the details of their life. And I have a natural curiosity about how various parts of someone’s life are interconnected, which can lead to some helpful insights.
