If you’re here, chances are life feels heavy right now, and maybe you’re tired of pretending you’re okay when you’re not. I get it. Being a teen or young adult can feel like too much sometimes; emotions are big, people don’t always understand, and everything seems to be changing all at once.

I’m a bilingual licensed clinical psychologist who works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood-related concerns, grief/loss, overwhelming life stress, among others. In addition, I work regularly with Spanish-speaking populations. Many of the individuals I work with appear to be functioning on the outside, yet internally feel exhausted, stuck, or weighed down by emotions they’ve been carrying for a long time.
My role is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can make sense of what you’re experiencing, develop effective coping skills, and move toward meaningful changes that improve daily functioning, relationships, and overall well-being. Therapy is collaborative, paced to your needs, and focused on lasting growth. My goal is to help you feel more confident navigating challenges and more connected to yourself again.

Susan Lane, MS, LMFT, is a highly experienced Marriage and Family Therapist and Spiritual Life Coach with over 25 years of experience helping individuals and couples heal, rebuild, and create lasting emotional change. Her work is grounded in strong clinical training and supported by mind–body neuroscience approaches that extend beyond traditional talk therapy. She helps clients gain insight while addressing emotional and physiological patterns that keep them stuck.
AUDIO CALLS ONLY. NO COUPLE SESSIONS AT THIS TIME.
She specializes in trauma, recovery from narcissistic abuse, painful family dynamics, heartbreak, grief, and the emotional toll of breakups and toxic relational patterns. Clients often seek her out when experiencing long-standing emotional pain, confusion after difficult relationships, or stress during major life transitions. Many have tried therapy before and now want deeper, more effective work that identifies patterns efficiently and offers practical tools for change.
For clients seeking short-term or situational support, she also offers solution-focused therapy. This approach supports those facing critical decisions, navigating challenging situations, or needing focused space to process emotions, gain clarity, and determine next steps without long-term commitment.
For individual trauma-focused work, she integrates trauma-informed therapy with somatic processing, EMDR, breathwork, meditative practices, and spiritual insight. Clients remain in control of pace, with emphasis on safety, nervous-system regulation, and integration. This work supports emotional regulation, anxiety management, stress reduction, and release of long-held emotional blocks.
Clients choose her for clarity, depth, and a direct yet compassionate approach focused on meaningful, fast lasting progress.
I am a compassionate and client-centered therapist who works with individuals, couples, children, and families. I believe therapy is most effective when it is personalized, supportive, and collaborative. Because every person’s experience is unique, I tailor my approach to meet each client’s specific needs, goals, and emotional readiness. My focus is always to meet clients where they are and help them move forward at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

I take a person-centered approach to care, understanding that each person’s therapeutic journey is unique. As such, I incorporate a variety of different treatment modalities, including but not limited to CBT, DBT, somatic therapy, mindfulness meditation, and more. I am here to help you identify and navigate through unhealthy coping, while learning and establishing healthy and sustainable coping skills .
I received a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of North Florida and have 10 + years’ experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Most of my experience is dealing with women’s issues and how voice is found in a paternalistic society. I use a Family Systems lens as we bring our family with us even when we come as individuals.
In my work with clients, I create a space of openness and acceptance as to what is present in the client’s life. I believe that clients have an innate ability to create healing for themselves, and I shepherd that process. I use a Mindfulness-Based Awareness practice and a participatory approach - to create solutions.
As a client commits themselves to the process, they can expect increased awareness and see themselves and their issues more clearly. This awareness oftentimes brings with it a heightened ability to solve issues that are creating roadblocks.

Hello,
I'm Jane originally born and raised in N.J. and living in Florida since 2017. I've been practicing mental health therapy for 40+ years in the field and in private practice. I enjoy working with clients and helping them through the therapy process and achieve their goals. Originally, I was planning on becoming an anthropologist and studying with Dr. Margaret Mead, however, my career plans changed when I realized that my own family had difficulties in communicating with each other. I wanted to study and help other families learn to talk to one another. From seeing families, this turned into seeing children-teens, couples, and adults. I find it very rewarding to help clients through a difficult time.

You don't have to keep carrying everything on your own. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating the effects of past experiences, struggling in relationships, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can be a place where things begin to make sense.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, low self-esteem, stress, and substance use concerns. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, heal the patterns that are holding you back, and provide you with the guidance and practical tools to create meaningful, lasting change.
From an early age, I felt a strong calling to help others and found deep fulfillment in making a positive difference in people’s lives. Raised in an immigrant family with limited resources, I joined the military as a way to pursue my education and create new opportunities for myself.
During my time in the military, I relocated frequently and had the privilege of connecting with individuals from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and belief systems. These experiences shaped my understanding of how our differences enrich us, while also recognizing how they can create internal struggles, relational challenges, and emotional stress.
This perspective led me to pursue a career in social work. Today, I am committed to providing compassionate, culturally responsive care and supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change—one person at a time.
It is so hard to try to tell your life story to a stranger, but just know I'm here to help you find the strength you thought you lost but is just hiding deep in you. We will work together to help you achieve your goals.

I approach mental wellness as a spectrum of being that will regularly ebb and flow for all people. We all have "good" days and "not so good" days; we all need someone to talk to and to listen to us when days are harder, and we all need a compassionate voice to tell us that we can work through this. Menatl health work is manageable when it is education and information based, which helps us to make our problems seem more manageable. I like to help my clients feel comfortable about talking through their thoughts and obstacles, and finding real, simple solutions to problems. I have worked with people of all ages; my youngest client was 3 years old, and my oldest client was 84; I am proud to say that I can adjust to meet clients' needs. This is due to my ability to listen and to collaborate actively with clients to help them have a say in their care and healing.

Hi, my name is Luz, my pronouns are she/her/hers, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I worked as a teacher for over 15 years before making the journey into a community mental health career. I have experience in mobile crisis response, trauma, forensic mental health concerns.
To explain who I am as a therapist, I reflect back to my role as an educator. In the classroom, there was a movement for the teacher to be less of a “sage on the stage” (teacher-centered approach) and more of a “guide on the side” (student-centered). To me, therapy is a lesson plan for a learning experience. It's a guide to develop what the client needs to learn in order to cope with whatever barriers are showing up in the client's life, whether that barrier is an internal issue, such as self-image, or how to cope with work stress.
My therapeutic perspective is to provide empathetic, non-judgmental, compassionate guidance and support in an atmosphere of respect and safety while allowing clients to be the experts of their lives, much like “a co-pilot, a sous chef, or an assistant manager” of a client-therapist relationship. I use solution-focused elements to help move toward desired goals, cognitive behavioral techniques to challenge unhelpful thoughts, and motivational interviewing to help gain understanding and clarity. Outside of traditional therapy, I enjoy the practices of mindfulness, guided meditation, aromatherapy, and Reiki.
Finding a therapist that's the right fit can be a challenging task, but taking that first step towards a healthier you is worth it. I look forward to working with you to help break down those barriers and make progress in areas that most matter to you.

I'm here to help you sort through the difficult things right now and offer you a safe place to be open and honest without fear of judgment. You have taken the first and most important step by seeking help.
Hi, thank you for checking my profile. Have you been feeling like your life is out of control, struggling with your career, personal life and social life? Do you feel no one understands you? I have worked with adults, adolescents, and children. I have experience working with clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, and interpersonal conflicts. I know how difficult it is to find a good and knowledgeable therapist. . I graduated from Nova Southeastern University. I am fluent in English and Spanish.
