Hi. I'm Nichole. I am a licensed counselor in the state of Florida. I specialize in stress management, ADHD, women's issues, domestic violence, and relationship issues (for the individual). I do not work with couples at this time. I like to take an individualized, eclectic approach and tailor our sessions to the best approach for you. My background includes work in hospital settings, community mental health, substance use, case management, health care workers and CPI. I enjoy exploring underlying issues and finding ways to increase overall joy and peace in your life. I offer accelerated resolution therapy
In the first session we will explore the why for engaging in therapy and set personalized goals for your care.
I utilize cognitive behavioral approaches, narrative methods, and solution-oriented approaches.
My goal is to help you navigate challenges in life and provide the safe, non-judgmental supportive environment that you may need. We will discover what is most important to you and how to overcome obstacles. I offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy to assist in overcoming history of trauma, OCD, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, chronic pain, and much more

Just a great therapist who doesn't judge, makes you feel wanted, and understands that there may not always be a solution but will try her best by sending things like articles, quizzes, different coping skills, etc. Truly is a great person to just talk to.
