About me

Hi!! I am passionate about helping individuals heal deeply, grow intentionally, and live with purpose. My work integrates trauma-informed care, faith (upon request), and evidence-based practices to help clients move from emotional wounds to emotional wellness. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnouts, burnout, life transitions, or relationship challenges, I create a safe, supportive space for you to reconnect with yourself and realign with the life you’re meant to live.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and judgment-free space where we focus on understanding your story, your goals, and what brought you to therapy. We will explore what has been working, what feels overwhelming, and what you hope to change. I’ll guide you through reflective questions that help clarify your needs and identify the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll begin developing a personalized plan that supports both healing and growth—integrating evidence-based strategies, emotional awareness, and, if you choose, faith-based perspectives that align with your values.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths lie in helping clients connect the parts of their past that interfere with their present goals and who they wish to become. I create a calm and compassionate space where clients can safely explore their stories, understand emotional patterns, and release the weight of old wounds. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems with narrative and faith-based frameworks to help clients make meaning of their experiences and reconnect with purpose. Clients often share that therapy with me feels both practical and empowering—they leave with greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and the confidence to live with intention and wholeness.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with individuals who appear to have it all together yet often feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or unfulfilled. Many of my clients are navigating seasons of transition such as career changes, faith shifts, or relationship challenges and are ready to stop people-pleasing, perfectionism, and self-sabotage patterns that keep them stuck. Others are learning to become high-achieving without losing balance, peace, or purpose in the process. My clients are striving to become self-aware, motivated for growth, and ready to do the deeper inner work needed to move from self-sabotage, people-pleasing, and perfectionism toward wholeness.
