*Couples Therapy: Improving communication and relational dynamics (clinical outpatient focus only).
Practice Boundaries & Administrative Policies
To maintain a clear focus on clinical care, please review the following scope boundaries:
*Legal & Forensic Services: I do not provide forensic evaluations, court-ordered treatment, litigation support, or expert witness testimony for legal proceedings, divorce, or custody disputes.
*Disability & Administrative Paperwork: I do not perform disability evaluations or complete short/long-term disability claims; I do not write Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letters.
*Telehealth & Medical Requirements: Virtual therapy for chronic pain, ARFID, or medical distress serves strictly as a complementary psychological service. Because virtual care lacks physical monitoring:
A. Clients with ARFID or eating disorders must maintain ongoing care with an in-person physician for routine medical safety.
B. Clients seeking pain reprocessing or somatic therapy must have their pain evaluated by a physician.
******If medical or psychiatric needs exceed virtual outpatient scope, I will assist with referrals to local in-person providers**************

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida with a Master of Social Work (MSW), and I work with teens, young adults, couples, families, and individuals across the lifespan. My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and evidence-based strategies for anxiety and emotional well-being.

I believe in supporting healing from a trauma-informed lens while also empowering you to recognize your own strengths and growth along the way.
If you’re feeling nervous about starting therapy, I often remind clients: Life will always bring challenges, and we all need support in navigating them. Seeking help is not something to be ashamed or afraid of; it’s a meaningful sign of strength and growth. Plus, there is a world of possibilities on the other side of your fear.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides supportive, down to earth therapy for individuals and couples across Florida and Massachusetts through telehealth. I help clients work through anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions using a thoughtful, evidence based approach that’s tailored to your needs. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported as you gain clarity, confidence, and tools to move forward.
Hi there! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been working with families and individuals since 2011. I love helping people discover more peace and connection in their lives as well as create a healthy work-life balance.I work with adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, eating disorders, and life transitions. My approach is supportive, insight-oriented, and practical—helping you understand patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has been practicing in the local community since 2011. I began my career working with a non-profit by helping children, teenagers, parents, and couples who struggled with various issues, ranging from learning to cope with day-to-day stressors to healing from major traumas.
In the years since then, I’ve helped young adults in college wrestling with academic pressure, newly blended families yearning for harmony, couples searching to renew faded intimacy, and individuals struggling to overcome addictive patterns. This broad range of therapeutic experience has helped me to become well-rounded as a mental health professional.
I would describe myself as a goofy and radically empathetic therapist that struggles with severe ADHD and also anxiety. Not to mention the grief! I am big on being vulnerable myself. We must lead by example. I also am a strong believer in the power of connection. If you cannot connect with your therapist, research says that therapy is not likely to be effective. I prioritize the therapeutic relationship above all else. That is my foundation. That means I pride myself on not being a robot. I cannot believe I have to say this, but many students in therapy have told me that they have had robotic therapist. That is not me. I believe the most powerful therapeutic techniques are empathy and unconditional love, and those are the values I do my best to display consistently.
I currently provide individual counseling to students at Miami Dade College and I have found that I really enjoy working with college students that recently graduated from high school. I find that the world treats them cruelly at such an overwhelming time of their lives and they deserve unconditional love, not tough love.
I am so grateful that you are here and made it to this first step. Have the events, losses, stress, demands and relationships in life led you down a path where your light has dimmed? Has your work / life balance become so undefined that you no longer have the motivation you used to? I provide a warm, empathetic and healing relationship where you feel comfortable to explore your journey to achieving greater emotional wellness.
Above all else, we are human beings and can naturally relate to each other when provided with the safe space to do so. My unique background supporting clients both in the corporate world as well as inpatient clinical setting allow me to form strong alliances with a wide range of individuals. Having the ability to make one feel heard, understood and valued is a particular strength and one that gives me great purpose. I specialize in supporting adults, young and older, struggling with stress (work related or personal), anxiety, depression, addictions and unhealthy relationships. I also assist with healing from grief and loss, traumatic experiences, and life transitions.
Through a process of providing you with opportunities to improve self confidence, make lifestyle adjustments, and find acceptance, you are able to discover inner serenity and resiliency. We will peel away the layers that no longer serve you.
Hi there,

I have 15 years of experience working with clients. I have experience helping teens (13-17 years) and adults (18 years and older) manage their feelings of anger, anxiety, depression, career exploration/change, increase their self-esteem and others.
Hi, I’m Qunesha Russell, a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over five years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Central Florida and my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California.
My experience includes working with individuals, families, and older adults in a variety of settings. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, helping clients build resilience, develop effective coping strategies, and achieve their personal goals.
I am passionate about helping people find clarity, stability, healing, and hope as they navigate difficult life transitions and mental health concerns. I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward wellness.
You are here hoping to find that therapist who stands out to you because you want to find someone who can help you. The search can be overwhelming for some. Most of the profiles of therapists are going to say similar things. Most of which should be standard like brakes on a car.
I cannot promise I'm the right one for you. Here is what I can tell you about my approach. I believe in being practical which means I will not use a lot of psycho-babble or fancy strategies. I have a tendency to be blunt. My wife says I'm the "bluntest politest man" she has ever met. I'm going to be real with you.
I love couples/marriage counseling, and that is my main focus. However, about half of my clients have always been individuals. Some people just need a place to vent. Others need help solving a problem, and most people need a little of both.
I know therapy might be a little intimidating or even scary to some. Try to think of it as a massage for your brain. It's a place where you can say whatever you want guilt-free.
