I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based out of Palm Beach County, Florida. I have been providing clinical counseling services in the private practice and community mental health environments since 2000.

First session
My first session is solely focused on helping you decide if I am a good fit for your needs and if you are confident I will be able to help you meet your goals. We will discuss your concerns and what you want to get out of our time together while entering into this initial phase of the therapeutic process.
Strengths
I find that my interpersonal skills coupled with a caring and nonjudgmental attitude create an environment that establishes a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with my clients.
Ideal clients
I have found that I am able to establish a trusting therapeutic relationship with adolescent females, adults who are motivated to create change, and with the geriatric population.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Depression, anxiety and panic are highly responsive to CBT techniques which includes providing psychoeducation, identifying negative and/or irrational thoughts that contribute to symptoms, and implementing alternative thinking strategies.
