New to Grow
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my work has been guided by a deep belief in the power of human resilience and the importance of safe, supportive relationships in healing. Over the course of my practice, I have had the privilege of working with individuals navigating complex challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational struggles. Each person I encounter teaches me something new about courage, adaptability, and the ways people can reclaim their lives when given the right tools and space to grow. My counseling philosophy emphasizes the importance of boundaries, self-awareness, and compassion as foundations for meaningful change. I strive to create a therapeutic environment that honors both vulnerability and strength, where clients feel both supported and empowered to explore new ways of relating to themselves and others. Integrating evidence-based approaches with a client-centered framework, I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of the individual, fostering both immediate relief and long-term growth.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session and beyond, I believe that healing begins when you feel truly heard and understood. My focus is to create a space where you can be your authentic self while learning new ways to manage stress, build healthier relationships, and move toward the life you want.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
Beyond the therapy room, I am dedicated to ongoing professional development and self-reflection, ensuring that my work remains ethical, relevant, and responsive to the diverse needs of those I serve. My role as a counselor is not only to provide guidance, but also to walk alongside clients as they uncover their capacity for healing and transformation. I chose this profession because I believe change is always possible and that no one is beyond hope or help. The work of counseling continues to challenge and inspire me, reminding me daily why I entered this field: to help people reconnect with themselves, strengthen their relationships, and live with greater clarity and peace.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
Clients often describe my style as calm, direct, and supportive. I believe therapy should feel like both a safe place to process and a space where you gain concrete skills you can use right away. My goal is to help you feel more confident, connected, and in control of your choices—so you can create the life and relationships you truly want. I thrive in working with adults who are ready to break free from people-pleasing, perfectionism, and self-doubt. Many of my clients are professionals, caregivers, or highly sensitive individuals who want to feel less drained by others’ expectations and more empowered in their own lives. If this resonates with you, I’d be honored to support you on your journey.
Attachment-based
My counseling style is integrative and client-centered. I draw from Integrative Attachment Theory (IAT) therapy to help you understand how past experiences shape your current relationships and sense of self. We’ll explore your patterns with curiosity and compassion, focusing on how to create more secure, balanced connections in your life. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to provide practical tools you can apply right away. Together, we’ll identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthier ways of coping, and build strategies for managing anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm. Throughout our work, I stay collaborative and supportive—you bring your expertise on your own life, and I bring therapeutic guidance to help you move toward lasting change. My goal is to help you strengthen your boundaries, improve your relationships, and feel more confident, calm, and authentic in daily life. ⸻
