They are ready to break free from the bond of an eating disorder, anxiety, depression or any other mental, emotional and/or spiritual stronghold they may be up against. They are looking for ways to increase healthy, effective coping strategies. They are ready to increase their self awareness and learn ways to effectively manage and regulate their emotions. My ideal client is ready to be honest, vulnerable and work hard in therapy.

I find great satisfaction in helping others solve complex problems that can seem difficult to overcome. My approach to problem-solving is ecelectic and I tailor my treatment plan to my patient's individual characteristics and needs. Within my practice, I see adults of all ages who are dealing with some sort of struggle. I enjoy working with young adults on issues related to personal growth and development. I also have considerable expertise in working with older adults who are dealing with cognitive or health issues, and their caregivers.
