About me

Hi, I’m Rebekah — a relationship wellness therapist who helps individuals navigate relationship challenges, deepen self-understanding, and reconnect with what feels authentic and fulfilling. I bring warmth, intuition, and clinical insight to every session, helping clients uncover patterns that keep them stuck and build healthier ways of relating. My approach is compassionate, grounded, and focused on supporting meaningful, lasting change.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to share what’s been feeling challenging or unclear in your relationships. We’ll explore what brings you to therapy, talk about your goals, and begin identifying the patterns or themes that may be getting in the way of feeling fulfilled and connected. My goal is to create a calm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood and supported as we start this process together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What sets my work apart is how I combine practical tools with emotional insight. You’ll gain both the understanding of why certain patterns keep showing up and the strategies to respond differently. My clients often share that they feel lighter, clearer, and more confident in navigating relationships — not because they’ve learned quick fixes, but because they’ve built genuine emotional resilience.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with individuals who are insightful, reflective, and ready to better understand the patterns shaping their relationships — whether those relationships are romantic, familial, or within themselves. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in familiar cycles: choosing unavailable partners, struggling with overgiving, or finding it hard to trust and communicate their needs. They may describe themselves as independent and capable in most areas of life, yet frustrated that their relationships don’t feel as secure or fulfilling as they’d like. You don’t have to be in a relationship to benefit from this work. Many of the people I support are single or dating and want to feel more grounded and confident in how they connect with others. Others are healing from past experiences — attachment wounds, relationship breakups, or family dynamics — that continue to shape how they show up now. My clients tend to be thoughtful and self-aware, often having read or tried things on their own, but they’re ready for something deeper and more sustainable than surface-level advice. They value growth and authenticity, and they want a therapeutic space where insight translates into meaningful change. Together, we focus on creating a stronger sense of self-trust, emotional safety, and clarity in connection — the foundation for relationships that truly feel good to be in.

My treatment methods

Attachment-based

My work is deeply rooted in attachment theory — the understanding that our earliest experiences of connection shape how we relate to ourselves and others throughout life. Over the years, I’ve helped clients recognize how these early patterns influence their current relationships: how they seek closeness, handle conflict, or respond to emotional distance. In our work together, we’ll explore your unique attachment style not as a label, but as a roadmap for understanding your needs and building new ways of connecting. I integrate attachment-based therapy with mindfulness and relational approaches to create a space where you can safely explore vulnerability, practice new ways of communicating, and experience what secure connection feels like. The goal isn’t to change who you are, but to help you relate from a place of steadiness, trust, and genuine connection — both with others and within yourself.
