My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

At Serenity in the Saddle, we utilize cognitive behavior therapy to take a deeper look at why we think, feel, and act the way we do to external and internal stimuli in our lives. We use this to make changes in both, our thinking and behaviors.

I chose Kristin for the types of therapy she "specializes" in. Complicated grief and the usage of equine therapy. After meeting her today I think I made the right choice. It felt right, comfortable. She is very down to earth and warm and friendly and at the same time is ready to get to work.
