A little about me: I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who, come to find out, originally got into this field largely to figure myself out. If you’ve never heard that from a therapist before, it’s actually a pretty common thread among us, we often subconsciously step into healing others as a way to find healing within ourselves.
About 22 years ago, I was diagnosed with Complex PTSD, and roughly 15 years ago, I received an OCD diagnosis. Having these two conditions overlap made things incredibly challenging throughout much of my life and if I’m being completely honest, navigating that balance can still have its moments today. But there’s something powerful about a wounded healer: we tend to want more for ourselves and for the people we serve than just standard, status-quo talk therapy. We dig deeper because we need real answers on a personal level, and once we find what works, we want to share it with the world.

Traveling throughout Europe and living in Asia and South America have enriched my understanding of the many ways our backgrounds, experiences, and life stories shape who we are. These experiences have taught me to approach each person with an open heart, genuine curiosity, and compassion for their unique journey. I bring this understanding into every session, honoring each person’s story and meeting them where they are.
Clients often describe me as thoughtful, caring, creative, and reliable, with a calm and steady presence.
I take a relaxed approach to therapy, and you lead the way. In our first session, we'll start with a quick hello and get to know each other. Then we'll talk about a few of the challenges you're facing. I'll ask open questions and listen closely so I can understand what matters most to you. There is no pressure to have everything figured out. Sometimes it takes a few sessions to understand what is really going on underneath and that's perfectly okay.

Hello and welcome.
Psychotherapy is a transformative tool to assist you in centering your mind, body, and spirit. There is no need to limit your life or extend your suffering, I can help you find the relief you’ve been searching for.
I’m trained, licensed, and competent in various evidence based practices. In honor of the diverse and multicultural world we live in; along with my own life experiences. As of result of this, I have evolved into an experienced Integrative Therapist. Truly believing and knowing, our minds, our bodies and our spirits are designed to heal themselves. Honoring life, as a whole and healing from the inside out.
I'd like to thank you in advance for caring for yourself. Whether you are looking for self-healing or for enhancement. I look forward to meeting and joining you on your healing journey.
I am passionate about helping people deal with life challenges that cause them distress. My first goal is to help you identify what the problems are, how they impact relationships in your life, and what goals you want to work on to bring understanding, calm, peace, and joy back into your life. You are the expert in your life, and working together with me, I will challenge your thinking patterns to help you see alternative outcomes that align with the goals you are working toward.
Understand, Reframe, and Navigate Human Behavior. Human behavior is rarely random. The way we communicate, react, withdraw, persuade, accommodate, or push back usually serves a purpose, even when the pattern is creating problems in our lives. I work with people navigating complicated relationship dynamics, particularly when boundaries, persuasion, control, or manipulation have become part of the equation. Sometimes that means recognizing how someone else’s behavior is influencing you. Other times, it means taking an honest look at patterns in your own behavior and understanding what keeps them going.
You may have noticed that you’ve already considered change. Maybe you understand what you should do but find yourself responding the same way anyway. Maybe you keep giving in, questioning yourself, or getting pulled into interactions that leave you wondering what just happened.
Therapy with me is about looking beneath the behavior rather than reducing it to a label. We’ll examine what drives the pattern, what it accomplishes, and how you can respond more deliberately.
