With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I am committed to providing patient-led care that respects the unique needs and pace of each individual. My therapeutic approach incorporates solution-focused therapy, interpersonal therapy (IPT), motivational interviewing, and strength-based methods. This multifaceted approach allows me to collaborate with clients, fostering a supportive environment where they can leverage their strengths and work toward meaningful solutions in their mental health journey.
My goal is to help you break free from the cycle of stress and anxiety through practical techniques and personalized strategies for growth. With a background in mindfulness, meditation, and psychedelic-assisted therapy, I take a holistic approach to therapy. Together we'll create a comfortable space where you can explore your challenges, gain perspective, and deepen your emotional awareness without feeling judged.
I found myself becoming a psychotherapist through nudges from friends and family pointing me toward a field they believed suited me well. I'm so grateful I listened and changed careers from education to psychology; 10 years later, I'm writing this with great satisfaction about my profession. The work of joining a person in articulating, understanding, and organizing their experience is a wonderful thing. This work makes sense to me; I both enjoy serving others and the psychic rewards of their growth and success. I've worked in various settings, including CBT, college counseling, and psychodynamic clinics, as well as addiction medicine, behavioral health primary care, and medical integration with Kaiser Permanente. All of these contexts have combined to bring my clinical style together in an integrative-relational approach to treatment.

Hi, I’m Jamie.
I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California with over 10 years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. Prior to practicing in California, I worked as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York and earned my Master’s in Counseling and Community Psychology from The Sage Colleges in Albany, New York.
I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe, heard, and accepted without judgment. My approach is collaborative and person-centered, recognizing that you are the expert on your own life. I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, support, insight, and practical tools.
A phrase that guides both my personal life and my work is *“Remember the Goal.”* To me, this means staying connected to what matters most, even when life feels overwhelming. Growth isn’t always linear, but with support and intention, you can keep moving forward one step at a time.
It’s a privilege to be invited into each person’s story, and I would be honored to walk alongside you in yours.

I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and develop healthier patterns. I appreciate you taking the time to learn about me and consider working together. As there are likely many therapists who can accompany you on your journey, here’s a bit about me, which may help you make a choice.
When you feel overwhelmed, lonely, self critical, or stuck in swirling thoughts and emotions, it can be hard to know how you got here or how to move forward.
I understand what this uncertainty is like. The bumpy ups and downs of becoming a student, professional, partner, and parent sometimes brought me to my knees. The experiences of getting back up taught me how to thrive on the inside, even when the surrounding world feels unpredictable. This journey toward joy, connection, and inner steadiness inspired me to become a clinical psychologist, and it fuels my optimism for your healing.
I offer virtual therapy for adults and older teens who want support navigating these moments and finding steadier ground.
With me you’ll find a blend of:
Warmth & Humility. A safe space to be yourself, slow down, and understand what’s happening
Insight & Irreverence. We’ll look at the hard stuff, and probably laugh a little, too.
Steady Shifts. We’ll move at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.
Together, we’ll tackle your questions, quiet your worries, get comfortable with your feelings, and help you feel at home with yourself.
Hi there, I'm Berenice!

My goal is to maintain a safe and confidential environment to help overcome adversity. I have extensively worked with children, youth, and adults impacted by trauma, mental health, or substance use concerns. I have received ongoing training on trauma informed approaches, cultural awareness, and sexual exploitation training.
Hi, formalities first! I am Tanya Gray-Dorsett, a Licensed Marriage, Child and Family Therapist with 12 years of post graduate experience providing therapeutic services to individuals needing mental health support, whether it be life-stressor related problems or more intense mental health concerns. These can include job stress, problems with life transitions, Anxiety and Anxiety disorders, depression, Bipolar, Personality Disorders, and Schizophrenic and Schizoaffective Disorders. I want to highlight that I have advanced skills in working with trauma and PTSD symptoms with children and adults, and I have extensive knowledge and experience working with children with ADHD and educational problems. When I speak about my work with children and adolescents, caregiver involvement is of great significance! Which is where I lean to family systems work.
I am currently mission-focused to help those who struggle with self-doubt, low self-esteem, problems with making self-sufficient decisions, and simply want to exist with confidence. Together we will work to empower you to challenge the negative self-talk that results in triggering emotions that lead to your undesired behaviors approaching this from a CBT clinical lens. I also currently aim to support individuals who have trauma history and need that non-judgmental approach that allows them to feel safe and be open to talk about that trauma so that they may put it behind them and build brighter futures using a trauma informed model. Problem just surfaced without significant pre-existing history or history of causing continual issues in your mental health and emotional functioning? Lose the worry, let's find the solution which is tailored by my Solution-Focused approach. I am here to help!
I’m a licensed marriage & family therapist offering short-term therapy to individuals who feel overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, or disconnected underneath. My approach is humanistic and insight-oriented, grounded in curiosity, warmth, and deep respect for your lived experience. I believe therapy is not about fixing you — it’s about helping you understand yourself more clearly so you can move through life with greater intention, resilience, and connection.
I understand how challenging it is to come to therapy and speak of subjects that can bring about fear, anxiety and feelings of being judged. Therapy is the safest of environments to bring up topics that have brought about great pain or arrest in one’s life. My hope for you is that therapy becomes a useful tool to transform your life into how you envision it to be. Life is too short not to be lived out to its fullest potential. By working with you, I hope to collaborate in a transformation process where life goals come to fruition. As your therapist, I am your advocate and will support you in all areas where challenges, obstacles and barriers are encountered. I hope this message finds you well and instills a sense of hope that anything, if one’s mind is put to it, is possible to change for the better.
Hello and welcome,
I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) with a practice rooted in curiosity, compassion, and deep respect for the human experience. My work is guided by the belief that healing emerges when we feel truly seen, heard, and held—an approach that honors both the conscious and unconscious dimensions of your inner life.
I offer a holistic, integrative approach that engages mind, body, and spirit. I am certified in Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy, including ketamine-assisted sessions (KAP), and provide both preparation and integration support to help these experiences become a source of profound insight and growth.
My practice moves beyond traditional talk therapy. I see storytelling not just as expression, but as a doorway to transformation. Through connecting with the body and attending to the felt sense of experience, clients can shift entrenched patterns, reclaim fragmented parts of themselves, and cultivate lasting change. By exploring both the personal and archetypal dimensions of your inner world, we work to cultivate resilience, confidence, and a deeper sense of trust in yourself and in life’s unfolding.
Healing is not simply intellectual—it is a process of reconnecting with the wholeness of who you are, integrating the wounded, the wise, and the curious parts of yourself to step more fully into your life.
I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can show up honestly without feeling judged, pressured, or like you have to have everything figured out first. I work with adults who are trying to manage the emotional weight of everyday life while also making sense of patterns, experiences, or stressors that may be keeping them stuck. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, self-aware, and confident in their ability to navigate challenges both inside and outside of therapy.

Hello! My name is Kishla Preston and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California, Georgia, Alabama and Florida. I have been practicing for the past 12 years and have loved every moment of it. I have had the heart to help other since the age of 10. So much so, that, in high school, I ended up taking custody of the 2-month-old child of a family friend until he was age 2, while his mother gained stability. That being said, I have a special place in my heart for children, young adults and mothers. My personal goal for every client I meet is to make their lives a little bit better than it was before we found one another.

Additionally, I have worked with a variety of populations such as Young Adults, Adults, College Students, veterans of LGBTQIA, Geriatric, Disabled and Intellectually challenged individuals
When it comes to the therapeutic experience, my treatment motto is “therapy is a collaborative journey.” In treatment, the client or the patient sets the pace for treatment. As a clinician, we are trained to meet our patienst and clients where they are, currently, and provide services as appropriate. I always use this analogy when introducing how treatment will proceed to clients. I explain to clients that the therapeutic journey is like a road trip. They are in the driver's seat. They are setting the pace. They are deciding the route and the destination. All I do, as their therapist, is hold the GPS, suggest alternative routes when needed, and set the music.
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist and School Psychologist.
Therefore, I am familiar with how academic struggles can impact mental health and how mental health can impact academic success. I received my Masters from Pepperdine University and have been practicing for 15 years. I am fluent in English and Spanish and enjoy working with individuals between the ages of 13 and 17. I specialize in Depression and Anxiety as well as family and peer relationships.

Through the lens of cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems, and solution focused framework, I use a holistic approach to connecting with my clients. My goal is to expand on the strengths you already have and use the tools that align with your values in order to see improvement in your daily life.
With over a decade of clinical experience, I provide a grounded, client-centered approach to navigating complex life transitions. I earned my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Cal-Poly Humboldt and have since dedicated my practice to helping individuals and families resolve deep-seated conflict. I believe that every individual holds the expertise over their own life. My job isn't to rewrite your history, but to help you glean insights from it. Together, we move past the surface to uncover genuine passions and confront the challenges that stand in your way, transforming your personal trials into the foundation of your growth.
Do you struggle with people-pleasing, anxiety, depression, internalized and/or externalized anger, or managing emotions in general in a healthy manner? Did you experience childhood trauma and feel like you grew up too fast? Were you labeled "different," "the "caretaker," "black sheep," or "troublemaker"? I teach people how to prioritize and honor all parts of themselves, not just the "desirable" ones. We will work through parts people generally dismiss and ignore such as anger, resentment, shame, and disgust, and learn how to embrace them gracefully. I'll teach you the skills to feel more at peace.
As your therapist, I will be challenging and direct, yet empathetic and compassionate. I will challenge you through introspective questioning that will lead you to your own answers. I help you take what you've learned and apply it to your own life by giving you things to think about and work on between sessions, along with resources and handouts to remember.
I hope you'll witness yourself feeling more empowered, confident, and more at peace with yourself as my other clients have. You will notice your relationships evolve and change, which can be scary! Rest assured, you will be provided with skills to gracefully go through them.
Everything you seek is already inside you. All I’m doing is helping you remember.

Love and work are essential to a meaningful life. Relationships with others define experience and work gives a sense of purpose. Disturbance in these affect well being and contribute to an overwhelmed response leading to collapse. As trauma is relational so is recovery and healing. Having the right therapeutic alliance is a key element and requires, attunement and constistency.
