Hi! I'm Dr. Gonzalez and I hold a doctorate of Psychology (PsyD) in Marriage and Family Therapy and licensed as a Marriage Family Therapist (#103979) in the state of California. I've been license for 7+ years. I offer therapy with individuals, families, couples, and groups using an eclectic approach. I enjoy working with individuals who are struggling with different adjustment in their life or adjustments after a trauma was experienced.
My name is Danielle McGowan, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have experience working with all age individuals in their crisis, trauma, or desire for change. I specialize in adjustment, trauma, grief, anxiety, and understanding behavior patterns that are set from childhood and family systems. Suicidal ideation, depression, life change, and chronic mental health diagnosis are also some of my expertise.

I have over 18 years of clinical experience and have helped hundreds of clients throughout my practice. In my therapy practice, I have extensive experience working with forensic populations as well as the general community. I utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients manage and overcome various psychological issues. This includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which are particularly effective for addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and personality disorders. I also have experience providing individual therapy to persons experiencing life stressors, anxiety, depression, PTSD and a myriad of other
psychological and life issues through online therapy platforms.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who believes that healing happens best in a space where you feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported. I don’t come to this work believing that life is easy or that growth happens without struggle—I’ve been through hard times myself, and those experiences shape the way I show up for my clients: with empathy, humility, and respect for how tough life can be.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based care. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed practices to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical skills for everyday life. I work at your pace, honoring your story and your strengths, not just your symptoms.
I work with individuals, teens, and families experiencing emotional distress related to eating disorders, trauma, grief and loss, addiction, suicidal thoughts, relationship challenges, and family disturbances. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted, I aim to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing and find steadier ground.
Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you reconnect with your resilience, learn new ways to cope, and create a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and aligned with who you are. You don’t have to do this alone—I’d be honored to walk alongside you in your healing journey.
Hi! I am so glad you're here. Are you looking for a therapist you can connect with and will help you grow? I am passionate about helping teens and adults heal from traumatic experiences and overcome mental health challenges. It takes a lot of bravery to ask for help and examine your patterns of behavior. It is a honor to walk alongside clients and help them create meaningful change and healing.
I am trained in the cutting edge treatment method of EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing). EMDR is primarily used to help treat and heal trauma, anxiety, phobias, and distressing life events. Many of the clients report symptom relief through EMDR that they were previously unable to achieve in talk therapy alone, I would love to talk more and see if EMDR is a good fit for you!
I have over 20 years of counseling experience working with diverse individuals from young children to seniors. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, transitions, self destructive behaviors, codependency among others, so that you can overcome the blocks that keep you from living the life you deserve. I use an integrated and collaborative approach created to meet the unique needs of each individual while establishing a safe environment conducive to achieving goals, and moving forward.
I believe that true change happens when people are given the support they need in order to draw upon their own strengths to realize their full potential. I am very passionate about the work I do, compassionate, and believe that with dedication and commitment, you can live the fulfilling life you know is awaiting you.
A few comments former clients have said about me and our work together include;
“I’ve worked with a number of therapists before, but you are the only one that I felt truly cared.”
“I can't believe that after 8 years of depression and PTSD, I actually feel great after only 6 months! If you would have asked me if this were possible a couple years ago, I would have said absolutely not!”
I have worked with both short-term and long-term interventions and in diverse settings. My goal is your goal and together, you can achieve what you may have thought, or think, is unachievable. It is possible to not only overcome obstacles, but thrive and live a happy life.
I work with high-functioning adults who may appear capable on the outside while quietly struggling with anxiety, stress, burnout, or difficult life and relationship transitions. Many of my clients are used to holding it together for everyone else, yet internally feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves. Therapy can help you slow down, better understand what you are carrying, and respond with more clarity, intention, and self-trust.
Hello! My name is Dana Ferry, Licensed Marriage Family Therapist. I have found for myself an incredible benefit in scientifically proven healing therapies such as meditation and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to treat trauma. My approach to therapy integrates therapeutic options to meet the client where they are. This is why I went back to school, so I could study for myself the science of healing and help others heal as well. I've been an EMDRIA certified EMDR therapist since 2023.

Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 20 years of experience providing therapy interventions and support to children, youth, and adults in various locations. I received my undergraduate degree from University of California San Diego and my Master's Degree in Social Work from Boston College. Hello, and welcome! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. My background spans a variety of care settings, and I’m dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered therapy as you navigate life’s challenges. I take a flexible, holistic approach to therapy, drawing on different therapeutic techniques to help you gain insight, self-awareness, and practical tools for coping. Above all, my work is grounded in empathy and a deep commitment to your well-being. Together, we’ll explore your concerns, identify areas of growth, and work toward building a more fulfilling life.
Understand, Reframe, and Navigate Human Behavior. Human behavior is rarely random. The way we communicate, react, withdraw, persuade, accommodate, or push back usually serves a purpose, even when the pattern is creating problems in our lives. I work with people navigating complicated relationship dynamics, particularly when boundaries, persuasion, control, or manipulation have become part of the equation. Sometimes that means recognizing how someone else’s behavior is influencing you. Other times, it means taking an honest look at patterns in your own behavior and understanding what keeps them going.
You may have noticed that you’ve already considered change. Maybe you understand what you should do but find yourself responding the same way anyway. Maybe you keep giving in, questioning yourself, or getting pulled into interactions that leave you wondering what just happened.
Therapy with me is about looking beneath the behavior rather than reducing it to a label. We’ll examine what drives the pattern, what it accomplishes, and how you can respond more deliberately.

My approach is warm, genuine, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation where you can exhale, be fully yourself, and know you're accepted without judgment. Together, we'll build on your strengths, process what's been weighing you down, and help you move toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and authentically yours.
Outside of the therapy room, you'll usually find me cheering at a soccer game, trying a new recipe in the kitchen, or enjoying live music with family and friends. I believe healing happens through connection, and I strive to bring that same authentic, human approach into every session. I'm so glad you're here, and I'd be honored to be part of your journey.
