I create a safe, nonjudgmental environment. I have practiced for over 20 years and supported a wide range of clients in various walks of life. I bring the ability to tailor a plan the meets the need of each individual.

I enjoy working with women, adolescents, and children. I am especially invested in supporting people who may be experiencing challenges around life transitions, divorce or changes in family structure and issues of grief.

By addressing negative thought patterns and developing healthier coping strategies, I hope to empower clients to make meaningful changes in their lives.
