Hello! I'm a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW.) I received my Master's from the University of Maryland, Baltimore and have been practicing therapy for the last 3 years. I bring a client-centered approach to my work and help young adults struggling with anxiety, life transitions, and identity formation. I am committed to making a positive impact through compassionate, evidence-based practices and look forward to supporting others on their healing journey.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During my first session with clients, I take some time to get to know them, as well as what brings them in. I review confidentiality, as well as talk about what their previous experience in therapy has been like, and what has worked well for them in the past. Additionally, I collaborate with them on what goals they would like to work on in therapy together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My collective strengths as a provider contribute to my ability to make a meaningful impact on individuals and communities through compassionate and effective mental health care. Some of those strengths include utilizing a client-centered approach, comprehensive clinical experience, effective resource management, and holding a non-judgmental and safe space for clients.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I have a lot of experience working with young adults (18-30s), whom are my niche population and passion. This age range is typically a time of great transition, change, and figuring out their identity. It can be a challenging and confusing time where people could truly benefit from having some extra support from someone who is here to offer a listening ear, guidance, and skills.
