New to Grow
I am a LMHC and LPC who supports high functioning women and teens navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, and life transitions. My work is rooted in trauma-informed care and shaped by an integrative approach, drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, and attachment-based perspectives. I thoughtfully tailor tools from these modalities to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. I blend faith-based insight with evidence-based strategies, creating a space that is both compassionate and practical. I believe healing begins with feeling seen and understood. Together, we’ll work to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and help you reconnect with your resilience, purpose, and sense of wholeness.
In our first session, you can expect me to ask thoughtful questions to better understand your background, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from our work together. This is a time for me to learn about your experiences, challenges, strengths, and goals so I can tailor our sessions to your needs. Just as importantly, it’s an opportunity for us to begin building a connection. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and welcomed. You don’t have to share everything all at once, we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
What makes me unique is that I don't approach this work from theory alone. As a mom, a wife, and an entrepreneur, I understand the mental load of managing a home, relationships, work, and personal growth all at once. I know what it's like to carry responsibility while still healing your own trauma. Because of that, my approach is both compassionate and practical. I help people regulate their nervous systems, untangle relational patterns, and build emotional resilience in ways that actual fit into real life. I'm direct, grounded, and deeply attuned. I'm able to hold space for hard stories while also helping translate insight into meaningful change.
I work with women, adolescents, and young adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally stuck. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but internally struggling with overthinking, self-doubt, and difficulty managing stress. I also work with clients who are carrying the weight of past experiences or childhood trauma that still shows up in their present life. This can look like people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, emotional shutdown, anxiety, or feeling like you keep repeating the same patterns in relationships. I have a special focus on perinatal and postpartum mental health, supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum changes, and the emotional shifts that come with motherhood. I also support adolescents navigating anxiety, identity development, peer challenges, and emotional regulation. My clients are often at a point where they’re ready to understand themselves on a deeper level, break old patterns, and start showing up differently in their lives and relationships. Clients come to therapy wanting to feel more in control of their emotions, build confidence, set boundaries without guilt, and finally feel more grounded and secure in who they are. For those who are seeking it, I also offer Christian and faith-based therapy, integrating spiritual support into the healing process in a way that feels natural and aligned.
Trauma Informed Care
I approach therapy through a trauma-informed lens that prioritizes safety, empowerment, and nervous system awareness. We move at a pace that respects personal history while strengthening resilience and restoring a sense of stability and control.
Attachment-based
I use Attachment-focused work to help explore how early relationship experiences influence current patterns in intimacy, trust, and self-worth. This works helps build more secure, stable and fulfilling connections.
Faith based therapy
I offer the option to include faith into our work together, including Christian based perspectives when desired. Spiritual beliefs are explored in non-imposing way that supports emotional healing and personal growth.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to identify unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to stress, anxiety, and low mood. Together we challenge distorted thinking, build healthier perspectives, and develop strategies that create real change.
