Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Virginia. In 2017, I received my Master’s in Social Work from Temple University, and I have been in the field for 7 years and have been licensed for two years. My main population to focus on is Adults who are struggling with Depression and Anxiety due to a shift or change in their overall wellbeing.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we’ll start with building and fostering a therapeutic rapport and alliance to assess better, identify, and implement evidence-based interventions and skills to assist in managing any presenting symptoms that might be affecting your overall well-being.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having experience working with an array of individuals for the past several years, I’ve developed a surplus of skills and strengths that have given me an encyclopedia of creative and tailored therapeutic interventions that incorporate the client’s strengths in order to assist in their healing journey.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I enjoy working with adults who are struggling with mental health and emotional health difficulties that might impact their ability to achieve their best potential in different aspects of their lives, such as major life changes, Grief and Loss, Relationship Conflicts, and Career and Work Stressors.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

"Throughout my five-year clinical career, I’ve grown to understand the meaning of the quote, “Mental Health is not a destination, but a process; it’s about how you drive, not where you’re going.” Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I’ve assisted a wide range of clients throughout their mental health journey of self-reflection, self-exploration, and self-awareness. Utilizing a wide range of CBT evidenced-based interventions and techniques during our sessions, we’ll be able to identify the interplay between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. In addition, increasing a deeper comprehension and perspective on how to challenge and manage maladaptive behaviors and symptoms that impact your overall functioning.
