New to Grow
I’m a therapist who believes healing starts with feeling safe and understood. I provide a calm space where you can talk freely and begin to unpack what’s been weighing on you. I have extensive experience helping clients manage stress, anxiety, and the effects of past experiences. In our sessions, I’ll teach simple, effective ways to handle emotions and life challenges. Together, we’ll work on building confidence, gaining clarity, and making choices that move you toward peace, balance, and a better quality of life.
In your first session, you can expect a relaxed and supportive conversation. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy and what you hope to get out of it. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background and what’s been going on lately. You’ll have space to share as much or as little as you’re comfortable with. By the end, we’ll outline some next steps and start shaping goals that feel realistic and helpful for you.
What makes me different as a therapist is how I show up for you. I don’t just listen, I pay attention to what’s really being said and how you feel beneath the words. I create a space where you can be open, even about the things that are hard to talk about. My style is warm, honest, and down-to-earth. I’ll support you when you need it, but I’ll also challenge you when it helps you grow. I’ve worked with people facing anxiety, burnout, trauma, and big life transitions, and I understand how heavy it can feel when you’re trying to hold everything together. In our sessions, we’ll focus on what matters most to you and take small, steady steps forward. My goal is for you to feel heard, empowered, and equipped with tools that make a real difference in your daily life.
I’m best suited to work with adults navigating stress, anxiety, or major life transitions, as well as young adults and teenagers struggling with self-esteem or confidence. My ideal client is someone who wants to better understand their emotions, strengthen their sense of self, and build healthier relationships. You might be adjusting to a new phase in life, feeling uncertain about your direction, or trying to rebuild after a difficult experience. I work best with those who are ready to explore, grow, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels comfortable.
I have extensive experience helping clients manage anxiety, depression, and life transitions using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). In my practice, I’ll help you identify thoughts that shape how you feel and act. We’ll work together to challenge unhelpful patterns and build practical tools you can use every day to reduce stress, improve mood, and strengthen coping skills. Each session will focus on helping you make real progress toward feeling more balanced and confident in your life.
I have years of experience using Motivational Interviewing to help clients create meaningful change. In our sessions, I’ll guide you in exploring what matters most to you and what might be holding you back. Together, we’ll build your motivation and confidence to take the next steps toward your goals, at your own pace and in a way that feels right for you.
With over 12 years of experience, my work is grounded in Trauma-Informed Care. This means I create a safe and supportive space where you feel heard and respected. I understand how past experiences can shape the way you think, feel, and respond today. In our sessions, I focus on building trust, helping you feel empowered, and teaching skills to manage triggers and strengthen resilience. My goal is to help you heal at your own pace and regain a sense of control and safety in your life.
I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely. In our sessions, I’ll listen with empathy, offer honest feedback, and support you in setting goals that fit your values and needs.
