I really like psychology. I like the art of effective communication. I like using psychology to understand myself and others behaviors. I believe faith along logical thinking to help people sustain realistic self-acceptance while giving intentional self-compassion.
I am drawn to psychology because it offers a way to make sense of human experience in a structured yet deeply personal way. I value effective communication as an art because it allows people to express themselves clearly, reduce misunderstandings, and build stronger emotional connections. I use psychological principles to better understand both my own behavior and the behavior of others, which helps create more awareness, empathy, and intentional responses in relationships and daily life.
I also believe that combining faith with logical thinking can support a more grounded approach to personal growth. This balance allows individuals to hold onto meaning and hope while still engaging in realistic, rational reflection. Through this integration, people can develop a sense of self-acceptance that is honest and sustainable, while also practicing intentional self-compassion that encourages growth without self-judgment.

Thank you for taking the first step of courage and making yourself a priority today. Opening yourself up and being vulnerable can be a tremendous step to your healing process. Although the first steps can be overwhelming, I can walk with you and help guide you on the journey of healing and peace. I will always provide a safe space of acceptance and non-judgement for you to share your emotional pain, grow to love and be kind to yourself, and find the peace you deserve to heal. My name is Vincent Egbuchulam, and I am a licensed professional counselor with over five years of experience in the mental health field. I address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, teen issues, anger and stress management, life transitions, aggression, and ADHD. In addition, I am a retired board-certified Special Education teacher with 15 years of experience.
My counseling approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). CBT involves helping clients learn and practice new skills, develop healthier thinking patterns, and adopt more effective coping strategies. SFBT operates on the principle that individuals are competent and capable of finding solutions to improve their lives. In our sessions, you will have the opportunity to describe your challenges, set personal goals, and provide feedback. Occasionally, I may incorporate other techniques, such as role-playing, if they are beneficial for your progress.
I am committed to supporting those who seek to enhance their emotional well-being. During our initial visit, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and outline what you hope to achieve from our sessions. The first session typically lasts about an hour. You can expect a highly professional, objective, nonjudgmental, and confidential experience.

Hi, my name is Brittney. I am a licensed clinical social worker. I have worked with all ages from children to elderly adults. I am empathetic and compassionate and I meet people where they are. I customize the therapeutic approach based on the clients needs, and I create a safe space to be able to have tough conversations. Hi! My name is Vyvian Nguyen, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in New Mexico and Texas. My work is grounded in trauma‑informed, culturally responsive care, shaped by years of supporting people across the lifespan as they navigate what life has been brewing.
Serving in the U.S. Navy as a Master‑at‑Arms has helped me understand service members, veterans, and their families whether it’s the tension that builds from deployments, the stress of switching between civilian and military life, or the pressure to keep everything together. It also taught me the importance of having a space where you don’t have to be “on” all the time.
As a Vietnamese American with parents who came to the U.S. as refugees after the Vietnam War part of the generation often referred to as “boat people” I grew up with a close view of cultural transitions, intergenerational patterns, and the strength it takes to rebuild in a new place. That perspective helps me support families who are newly arriving or adjusting to a new country with understanding and respect.
Tea Time Therapy grew from the idea that growth doesn’t need to be rushed. Like a good cup of tea, it often needs warmth, time, and a space that feels steady enough to settle into. My style is warm, straightforward, and lightly humorous enough to ease tension without taking away from the work.
You don’t need perfect words or a polished story. You just need a grounded space to slow down, breathe, and explore what’s been weighing on you at your own pace. We’ll take it one sip at a time.
Healing is not always found in a linear path. With every new experience we encounter there is the potential and opportunity for change.
Hi, I'm Mayra, thank you for taking the time to considering me as a companion in your therapy journey.
Therapy can be a challenge for some people so I like to provide gentle guidance. There is no single way of conducting therapy- everyone needs different approaches, resources and therapeutic support. I strive to help create a safe space for people to explore their identity (cultural, familial, sexual, etc).
I have worked in the medical field for almost 20 years in different roles. This has allowed me to gain different perspectives and have a better understanding of the medical community. Having been part of this community has allowed me to serve patients, caregivers, first responders and medical professionals.
Most of my adulthood has been spent in Austin and the Hill Country. I am a bilingual first-generation Texan and I’m happy to call Central Texas home. However, I was born and raised in South Texas and la frontera (the borderlands) is also very much part of my identity. I find that our cultures and family of origin at times play a role in how we choose to carry our experiences and expectations.
Life can be difficult, but you don't have to walk your path alone. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor ready to help you reach your full potential as you become even healthier mentally. As I use research-based techniques and strategies to address concerns, I work to help you manage and rectify issues. I want to see you become healthier and whole. My goal is to listen and assist you as you transform your mental health. Today is your day. Let me help you get on your way!
As a former football coach, I have developed an approach to therapy that will allow me to utilize coaching concepts to address the needs of my clients. It encompasses a direct approach to address problems with the a level of understanding and empathy that will support a change in behavior. This works well with my CBT background. Therefore I have branded myself as The Therapy Coach. Which means that I am more than just a therapist to my clients.
Hi, I’m Tiana, a LCSW passionate about helping people reconnect with their most authentic selves. My practice is built for individuals who are ready to move past simply "surviving" day-to-day and instead intentionally step into a life that truly aligns with who they want to be.
My clinical philosophy centers on a vital pivot: I prioritize protecting your long-term energy and sustainable well-being over just maintaining a comfortable, temporary peace. I specialize in navigating complex life transitions, deep identity development, and processing the disconnect that happens when the professional or public personas we create to survive begin to overshadow who we actually are. In our work together, you will find an open-minded, grounded, and deeply collaborative space where you are safely challenged to step out of old roles and fully embody your true self.
I am an advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, a passionate partner in your healing process. As a clinician, I believe strongly in meeting you where you are. Even if it is a place you have never opened the doors for another. I gained my education at New York University and have experience working in many major diverse communities across the United States. This practice experience and armed me with the humility to connect with all cultures, intersections, and identities.

Hello and welcome! My name is Deandra, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas and a faith-based therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and hope.
Life can change in an instant. One moment everything feels familiar, and the next, you're facing challenges you never expected. I understand that reality personally. At 31 years old, I was diagnosed with breast cancer, an experience that strengthened my faith, resilience, and perspective on overcoming adversity.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem, or feeling overwhelmed by life's demands, you don't have to navigate it alone. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can process challenges, build healthy coping skills, and move toward meaningful growth.
If you're ready to begin your healing journey, I would be honored to walk alongside you. Together, we can work toward healing, growth, and thriving.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for ten years now. You will always know yourself better than I can or will.
From a philosophical and theoretical standpoint. I am overwhelming more of an attachment theorist, and have been known to use existentialism from time to time to help make sense of something. I guess the question that remains though is; can a butterfly flap it's wings in Brazil and cause a tornado in Kentucky, or are we all simply just products of our childhood and mirrors of our parents traumas?
The duality of life.
Attachment Theory vs. Chaos Theory. Both have value. I digress.
My goal is to provide a petridish in which you can explore your self. Safe. Contained. Yet completely in your control. The paradox being, you likely already have what you need. I'll sit with you while you find it. I can give you my clinical opinion, or diagnosis, and recommendations along the way as well if you'd like that. I can just sit and listen. I can play devils advocate. My job is to listen, empower, observe, and provide feedback when requested.

Hello Friend! Welcome to my practice, Pragmatic Solutions Therapy, PLLC!
I am an experienced psychotherapist with over 20 years. I've worked in private practice and in the clinical hospital setting and now own my own thriving practice. I have passion, dedication and ethical standards I uphold with every client. My basic mantra in life is simple: Drop the baggage and take the value. Step out of the box and if you can't change the problem, then change the way you see it with a different perspective.
Everyone at one point or another in life may experience a host of unbearable stressors which may leave one feeling stressed or 'out of sorts'. We may even describe that feeling as 'lost in a web of frustration', or even anxiousness, fatigue, sadness; as if our unique threshold is completely depleted.
Feeling anxious is normal. Feeling stressed is actually a sense of determination to gain back control, though, with temporary tiredness. Anxiousness is innate in all of us. What's not healthy is when stressors cross the threshold to what feels comfortable, interrupts our daily habits/responsibilities to 'fix things' and leaves us in solitude.
I’ll help you navigate the web of confusion to find empowerment.
My journey began as a young child whose home was a host of struggles. I have personal insight into what we all experience. Inspired by a helper, I became a psychotherapist, worked in clinical setting, garnered a vast amount of knowledge which helps me to specialize using various modalities of treatment. As a psychotherapist, I hold a high standard for myself and clients, which includes helping those dealing w/depression, grief, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, chronic health and other issues.
Together, we'll identify what's not working, find solutions you may use to form goals without rescripting your life. Respectfully, Monica Pina

I draw from evidence‑based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT‑informed), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT‑informed), mindfulness‑based strategies, Solution‑Focused Brief Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I also have extensive experience collaborating with psychiatrists and supporting clients who are receiving psychiatric medication as part of their care.
I value ongoing learning and continuing education to ensure my work remains thoughtful, ethical, and responsive to each client’s needs. I recognize that starting therapy can feel unfamiliar or overwhelming, and I strive to create a supportive, grounded space where growth can happen with honesty, compassion, and mutual respect.
Life can be challenging and uncertain, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you in creating meaningful change.
Dr. Darrian Dawson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
He is the clinical director/therapist of Darrian Dawson, LLC. In the past, Dr. Dawson has worked for Tulane University as an adjunct professor, child protection agencies, mental health providers, partial hospital programs, and recovery management agencies. Dr.
Darrian has a strong passion for research, mental health advocacy, trauma recovery, and self-care. He believes that everyone deserves quality mental health care.
I describe myself as a grounded, authentic, and collaborative therapist who balances a warm heart with a highly practical, real world approach to healing. I’m not the type to just sit back and nod silently; I am right there in the trenches with you, bringing my genuine, slightly nerdy self to every session, and I believe everyone has an inner resilience waiting to be unlocked!
My life is full, beautifully chaotic, and deeply rewarding. As a spouse and a mother of four, including a wonderful child who is autistic, I intimately understand what it feels like to manage a million moving parts. I know the exhaustion of a racing mind, the weight of sensory and emotional overload, and the delicate art of balancing family, transitions, and personal growth. Because of these lived experiences, I bring a deeply human, judgment-free perspective to my practice.
In sessions, we will use evidence-based tools like CBT and DBT to actively build a practical toolkit for your daily life. We will work as a team to quiet the internal noise, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and master concrete skills to regulate intense emotions.
For clients who desire it, I gladly incorporate a Christ-centered approach, utilizing scripture and prayer as an anchor for our clinical work. However, if you are currently facing a painful crisis of faith or spiritual burnout, I offer a safe harbor to process those doubts without a shred of judgment.
Ultimately, I meet you exactly where you are. My goal is to help you calm the chaos, break through emotional blocks, and reclaim your peace.

Greetings Beloved Clients!
I am Pam C. Lyons, a Certified Professional Coach and Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor for 15 years, and 20 plus years of life experience. I understand what it means to reinvent and rebuild my life several times as a Hurricane Katrina Survivor and as a businesswoman.
My practice serves as a safe place to the Texas community and a beacon of light. The slogan “Reinvent the World” was inspired by all the shared traumatic experiences going on in the world due to Covid 19, increase in mental and physical health problems, racism, toxic politics, lack of safety for our children, poverty, economic challenges, women not receiving equal pay, women rights being infringed upon, and survivors of natural disasters. We need a space to express our traumatic experiences safely, to be listened to and understood with empathy and compassion, and to receive coping tools to become the best version of ourselves so we can create a better world for our future generations.

Hello, my name is Tabitha Cantu, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I’m a Hispanic therapist born and raised in the desert, surrounded by mountains that have always felt like home. At heart, though, I’m also a beach lover who finds peace by the ocean. I am licensed in Texas, New Mexico, and Florida and have lived and worked in each of these states. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting communities from diverse cultural backgrounds and life experiences. My own Hispanic heritage has greatly shaped both who I am and the way I approach therapy. It has also inspired my private practice’s focus on cultural identity, life transitions, and the unique experiences that women and teen girls often navigate. Our cultural identity and the environments we grow up in have a profound impact on who we become. Family expectations, cultural values, generational beliefs, school pressures, and societal messages can all influence how women and teen girls view themselves, their relationships, and their sense of worth. In our work together, I honor your background and lived experiences while helping you explore what feels authentic to you. My goal is not to change who you are, but to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to the version of yourself that exists beneath the pressure, expectations, and roles you’ve been taught to fulfill.
