Hi there, I’m Lynn. Do you ever feel like the stress of life is starting to take over? Are you wanting to bring back the excitement and joy you once felt in your relationships, daily activities, or work? Maybe you’re struggling to be patient and kind with yourself, or finding it hard to make the best decisions because everything feels overwhelming right now. I help individuals manage stress and anxiety so they can avoid burnout and emotional exhaustion. Together, we will explore your triggers, thought patterns, and the behaviors that are helping—or hindering—your well‑being. My approach is holistic, focusing on caring for the whole person. I draw from multiple therapeutic styles, but I frequently incorporate mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you build awareness, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change. Whether you're overwhelmed by life decisions, navigating relationship challenges, or trying to break free from unhealthy cycles, I’m here to walk alongside you. I know seeking therapy can feel intimidating, but choosing to take this step is a powerful and courageous act. Having a safe, supportive space to process and heal allows you to grow and move beyond the obstacles you’re facing. In our work together, you can expect understanding without judgment, practical tools backed by experience, and a collaborative relationship focused on helping you move toward a more fulfilled and grounded life. I look forward to supporting you on your journey and watching you grow into the version of yourself that you’re striving to become.
In our first session together, we’ll start with some simple introductions so we can get to know each other and help you feel comfortable. From there, we’ll talk through the specific challenges you’re currently facing and what brought you to therapy. This conversation helps me understand your needs, your goals, and the direction you'd like to move in. Together, we’ll begin shaping a plan that fits you—a roadmap for our follow‑up sessions that supports your growth, healing, and progress. My goal is to make sure you feel heard, supported, and clear about what comes next as we begin this work side by side.
Some of my greatest strengths include my ability to self‑reflect, and I encourage that same growth in others. I show up authentically and genuinely, always. I also bring a sense of humor and have learned not to take life too seriously, which helps create space for you—the client—to breathe and remember that there is a way through whatever you’re facing. I understand that life moves in seasons, and even the hardest season will eventually pass if you hold on long enough. I’m able to find hope in any situation, and I truly believe that when there is hope, there is always a solution. Together, we can explore that hope and discover the solutions that move you forward.
I work with Christian counseling, couples, trauma, substance abuse, family conflict, children and adolescents. I enjoy using Mindfullness activities, Trauma Focused- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and using ecclectic approaches to meet the individual needs of my clients.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I utilize CBT to help with changing ways of thinking, feeling and behaving. CBT is designed to immediately improve your quality of life. I find that it is an effective way to treat depression and anxiety.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
DBT goes deeper into the issue, examining the stress itself. The mindfulness techniques so common in DBT can help with the emotional imbalances so common in addiction.
Eclectic
I prefer to evaluate the scenario and determine what approaches work best for the person and the situation.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
This is a brief therapy approach that helps the member determine what method works best for them and how to navigate the best solutions for them.

She really took the time to get to understand and know me and the issues im having. Some of them I didnt even know I was having, but she was able to identify certain problems I was having within one meeting. The "homework" she gave to help work on these things are super easy and simple and should provide the results we are after!

I've really enjoy talking to Lynn! She is so sweet, calm, and patient. A great person to go to if you've never gone to therapy before. I feel very comfortable opening up to her! She also always gives me "homework" to do between sessions. The homework gives me steps to actively take in order to achieve my therapy goals. It's encouraging to implement the things she has taught me, and she's taught me a lot :)
