New to Grow
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas with experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I work primarily with adults navigating relationship challenges, attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, and difficulties with trust, self-worth, and emotional connection. I also hold an LSOTP credential and provide specialized therapy for adolescents experiencing problematic sexual behaviors. I use a trauma-informed, integrative approach tailored to your needs. I help clients understand how early experiences and core beliefs shape the patterns they continue to experience in relationships, emotions, and daily life. Together, we work toward building healthier relationships, greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of self. Depending on what’s helpful, we may draw from CBT, DBT skills, ACT strategies, schema work, and attachment-based or relational approaches to support emotional regulation, coping skills, relationships, and personal insight.
Our first session will focus on getting to know you, what brought you to therapy, and your goals. We also cover some background so I can understand your situation better and make sure future sessions are tailored to your needs. We’ll use that information to start building a clear direction moving forward.
I offer a warm, relational, and collaborative therapeutic style. I focus on creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and understood. I also bring honesty and directness when helpful, and I’m comfortable gently challenging patterns to support growth and meaningful change.
I specialize in working with adults who are navigating relational struggles rooted in attachment, and the anxiety, depression, and stress that so often come with them. In addition I work with clients who have found they continue to repeat patterns they don't understand. I also hold an LSOTP credential and offer specialized therapy for adolescents dealing with problematic sexual behaviors.
