Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Georgia. I’m also licensed in Texas and have been practicing for 15 years. I help adults struggling with life challenges become the best versions of themselves. I find that many people are ready to learn to be great self managers but lack the skills needed. Some of the skills are simple but require practice!
Hello! I’m Tami Quintana, a dual-licensed therapist (LPC, LMHC) with specialized certifications in addiction recovery (LCDC-I) and advanced anger management (CAMS-II). My practice is a holistic sanctuary designed for individuals at a crossroads—specifically women navigating the complexities of divorce and young adults facing life’s 'big' transitions.
I believe that healing isn't just about 'fixing' a problem; it’s about honoring your whole self—mind, body, and spirit. My background is deep and diverse: I have years of experience walking alongside clients through intense challenges like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and autism, as well as those struggling with emotional disturbances, low self-esteem, or anger. Because of this, I offer a grounded, non-judgmental space where no emotion is 'too much' and no situation is too complex.
I tailor my counseling for ages 8 to 55, using a blend of CBT, Solution-Focused, and Reality Therapy. We won’t just talk about the past; we will honor your entire experience to build a practical, empowering plan for your future. Whether you are seeking clarity in a transition or stability in a crisis, I am here to help you find your way back to balance.

Tired of Feeling Stuck? Let's Find a Way Forward.
You're doing your best to hold everything together, but anxiety, overthinking, and worry keep getting in the way. You're exhausted from feeling stuck in the same patterns, struggling to quiet your mind, or pretending you're okay when you're not. Maybe you're feeling disconnected from the people you love or wondering when life will start to feel good again. I'm Tammy Brooks, LMFT, a Level 3 Certified Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) practitioner. You don't have to keep navigating everything on your own. If you're ready for a different approach & want to begin moving toward greater peace, joy, and connection, I'd welcome the opportunity to work with you. Let's explore what's possible together.

I am a compassionate and experienced licensed clinical social worker committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and understood. I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, solution-focused techniques, and strengths-based interventions. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions while helping them develop healthier coping skills, build resilience, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Hello! My name is Ungria Castillo and I look forward to working together and supporting you as we talk through what brings you here. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas
My hope is to create a space where you feel heard and seen and where you can openly share your about yourself. I understand how overwhelming certain emotions or situations can be or how discouraging it can be to feel stuck. After I get to know more about what brings you to counseling and about you, we will be exploring what your priorities are and creating a plan that focuses on the goals that you would want to accomplish. I hope to aid you in thinking on solutions from a different perspective and providing you with additional skills and tools that fit your personality and address what you share with me.
My education and knowledge are in modalities that help you access different resources, highlight personal strengths and address those big feelings that are getting in the way of feeling fulfilled or living out your purpose. I am happy to come alongside you as you take this important step. You have already overcome so much and I am so glad you are here. This can be the beginning of writing a great new chapter of your life.

As an empathetic and warm Licensed Professional Counselor, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to work toward meaningful change. I understand that beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, and I believe the therapeutic relationship should be built on trust, collaboration, and compassion.
I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Cardinal Stritch University and have been practicing in Texas since 2016. I have extensive experience working with adults facing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is personalized to each client’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals.
I often incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and build practical tools that support long-term emotional wellness and personal growth.
I work best with clients who are ready to invest in themselves and actively engage in the therapy process. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or simply seeking support through a difficult season of life, my goal is to help you gain insight, build resilience, and feel more confident navigating life’s challenges while creating meaningful and lasting change.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas with experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I work primarily with adults navigating relationship challenges, attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, and difficulties with trust, self-worth, and emotional connection. A central focus of my work is helping clients identify, explore, and change unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior that may be keeping them stuck. Together, we explore how early experiences and core beliefs influence the way you view yourself and others, respond to challenges, make decisions, and navigate relationships and daily life. My goal is to help you move beyond simply understanding these patterns to making meaningful, lasting changes that align with who you want to be.
Depending on your individual needs, I draw from CBT, DBT skills, ACT strategies, schema work, and attachment-based or relational approaches to support greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, healthier relationships, and lasting behavioral change.
