My name is Kimberly I have been counseling for many years and have had the opportunity to work with a diversity of individuals along their healing journey. I use an Eclectic Approach which is an integrative approach to psychotherapy that aims to discover and implement the most effective treatment for each individual. Instead of following a predefined methodical structure, eclectic therapy pulls from various therapy techniques to treat each person as a unique individual.

Kimberly has been my therapist for several years now and she has been my personal blessing. From going to having nobody to be open and free with to having a dedicated space where you are safe to be free has been transformative! She reminds me that I some have to be the strong one in our sessions and that freedom means more than words can begin to express.. Kimberly truly is a special soul that has literally saved my life!!
