What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will get to know one another. We will discuss your background and how you reached your decision of taking the step towards being a better version of yourself. We will work together to set up goals that you would like to accomplish within the first three months. Next, the client can discuss any additional areas that they would like to focus on for their treatment.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Rachel's areas of strength are trauma focused, anxiety, anger management, and depression. Life has already beaten us down to the point that it is necessary to have an increased positive outlook on life. Rachel loves implementing positive therapy for clients to have a different perspective on life.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

The purpose of using CBT is to change the mindset from focusing on negativity and refocus towards positivity. The client will then begin to work on this in a consistent manner to change the unwanted behavior as well.
