Hello, I'm Regent. Do you feel overwhelmed by your current relationships, circumstances, and environment? I work with adolescents and adults struggling with anxieties and depression symptoms utilizing a person-centered approach to create coping strategies and communication skills. I offer a confidential space to vent and work on day-to-day issues that are continually changing and transforming. I will assist with coaching you on finding mindfulness and feeling confident in your mind and spirit. In all of our sessions together, I will provide a judgement-free zone so that you can be comfortable to speak freely and process any concerns, issues, or traumas. Primarily, I have worked with teens and adults on trauma related experiences. When discussing past traumas, that often leads to current lingering issues. These issues may include parental concerns or strains, intrapersonal issues, physical health issues, anxieties, depression symptoms, and/or struggling to find peace. I have completed family therapy sessions to create healthy boundaries and better communication skills within the nuclear family. I have specialized in working with adolescents that are not actively wanting to be seen by a therapist and am able to slowly create a strong rapport and begin working on any issues that may be causing their mental health to decline.
