I have been a practicing clinician for over 10 years and have worked in a variety of settings. This has allowed me to develop a unique skillset and insight into a variety of different issues an individual is experiencing.

I am a licensed therapist with 8 years experience supporting individuals with navigating the day-to-day and life transitions in the midst of experiencing anxiety, depression, and other challenges. I utilize talk therapy and operate from a person-centered approach to help form a trusting relationship where you feel safe and comfortable opening up. I like to consider my approach to therapy eclectic. Each person has different needs and what works for one does not work for all. I like to be creative with each of my clients and find the treatment modality that will work best for them and their situation. I personally have struggled with my own anxiety and panic attacks since I was a child. This is what led me to want to be a therapist to help others.
My name is Cindy Kropp. I am a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in providing compassionate, trauma-informed, mental health care for individuals seeking a more balanced and emotionally healthy way of living.
I am trained to provide individual therapy for older teens, young adults and seniors trying to navigate through their own stressors and discomfort related to depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions and alcohol misuse and abuse.
Utilizing a strength-based and relational approach, and with a trauma-informed lens, a solid and client centered foundation is built between the client and I as the therapeutic process unfolds. From there, I work collaboratively with individuals to set goals while also exploring her/his own thoughts and feelings as related to the challenges and struggles in their own lives.
This work is achieved through the integration of cognitive behavioral therapy strategies, narrative therapy and mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques. As we work through this therapeutic process together, clients are able to identify how their own hopes and dreams of living a more peaceful, happy and abundant life can become a reality.
I believe all individuals have worth and value and need to have an opportunity to make life what they have always imagined!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC), and EMDR-trained therapist. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Child and Adolescent Counseling.
But more than credentials, what I bring into the room is presence.
I specialize in working with anxiety, trauma, identity development, substance use concerns, and life transitions. I work with individuals ages 10 and up, and my approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply relational.
I use evidence-based approaches, including EMDR and trauma-informed practices, but therapy with me never feels clinical or cold. It feels like conversation, exploration, and sometimes gentle challenge.

I am committed to creating a safe space for you. Together we uncover your strengths to use in our work together as we decrease obstacles standing your way.

Hi! I'm Darian, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor with 7 years of experience in inpatient and outpatient settings. Throughout my career, I've supported individuals facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, stress, and life transitions.
I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore thoughts and feelings they may not feel comfortable sharing anywhere else. While my background includes extensive experience working with men who struggled to open up emotionally, I enjoy working with adults from all walks of life. I am particularly passionate about helping individuals navigate the challenges that often arise in their mid-20s to mid-30s, including relationship concerns, career stress, life transitions, and questions about identity and purpose.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual's needs. I believe meaningful change comes from a combination of self-awareness, personal growth, and practical support. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and move through life's challenges with greater confidence and authenticity.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy taking photos in nature, playing video games, and spending time with friends and family. These activities help me stay grounded, present, and connected to the things I value most.
Hello! I'm a licensed professional clinical counselor with a supervisor designation in the state of Ohio and a licensed professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I received my master's degree in community counseling from Malone University in Canton, OH. In addition to counseling, I enjoy coaching and refereeing sports at the youth level and at the high school level. I am a supporter of our military being a veteran and a father to three wonderful children
It is super important to meet with a professional that sees and hears you fully, and tailors a working approach that encompasses your needs. Therapy should not be fitting your concerns into one therapy approach, or forcing you to make changes you are not ready to make. I listen closely, and we build an approach together with your empowerment and investment in the process. My approach is warm, flexible, and motivational in nature. I want to learn about you, how you see the world, and how you interact with others. I also focus on areas like attachment, safety, and grounding in therapy. I do not subscribe to the theory that a few quick sessions will have you feeling empowered and amazing. Therapy is a process of intention and focused work, but one that I have observed is worth the self-discovery and healing that can occur. Healing best occurs with encouragement and empowerment in a safe relationship.

Welcome! My name is Evan Miller and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and psychotherapist in the state of Pennsylvania.
The goal of therapy is to facilitate personal growth and help you improve your life. I believe there is no one-size-fits all approach to therapy, so this can take many shapes and forms depending on your needs. Whether you're looking to build self-awareness, strengthen your relationships, change your unwanted habits, better manage your stress or just feel better emotionally - I am here to help!
I consider the therapeutic relationship to be fundamental to all forms of good therapy, so I continually strive to create an environment that is supportive, safe, authentic, comfortable and non-judgmental. While I have specialized training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (M.I.) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, I utilize a person-centered and integrative approach that also incorporates elements of attachment theory, existential-humanistic theory and harm reduction philosophy.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. My clinical work focuses on helping individuals navigate trauma, emotional distress, and complex life challenges through structured and effective therapeutic approaches.
I specialize in the use of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and trauma-focused therapeutic interventions. These modalities allow me to support clients in developing healthier coping skills, improving emotional regulation, challenging unhelpful thought patterns, and processing traumatic experiences in a safe and supportive environment.
My practice is grounded in a trauma-informed, client-centered approach, where each individual’s experiences and goals guide the therapeutic process. I work collaboratively with clients to build resilience, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
Hi,
I am Diane Smith, a licensed practicing counselor in Pennsylvania. Congratulations on deciding to do therapy. I have worked in clinical counseling psychology for 14 years. I love to help people achieve their goals. We all go through difficult times, and I am trained to help people overcome obstacles.
Together, we can work on the issues that are holding you back. It doesn't matter if it's anxiety, depression, you're burned out, poor boundaries, OCD, addictions, relationship issues, grief, and loss; you name it, we can handle it. You deserve to live your best life.
If you are new to therapy, don't worry. It's like talking to a good friend who is legally bound to not share a word you say. There are 3 reasons when I am legally bound to report, since I am a mandated reporter: 1. You threaten to kill the president 2. You threaten to harm yourself. 3. You threaten to harm someone else.
Also, you won't be judged for anything you tell me. People do what they do for many reasons. Most of my clients say that I am very easy to talk to and that they feel safe sharing with me. I hope that you give me a shot! I look forward to going on a journey with you.
FYI*** Please give 24 hours' advanced notice if you can not attend an appointment or you will be charged $50.00
Also, If you do not show up for an appointment you will be charged $50.00 as well.
I only get my hourly fee if I meet with the client for the allotted time. If the client does not show I don't get paid.
Thanks for your time,
Diane Smith

In my practice, this means we focus on both understanding what’s happening in this moment and identifying patterns that no longer serve you. Depending on your needs, I may also integrate mindfulness-based strategies, trauma-informed care, behavioral activation, and attachment-focused interventions to support deeper emotional healing and stability. My approach focuses on building real-life tools to help you feel more steady, confident, and in control. It is structured, supportive, and collaborative. Hi, I'm Cory Ian Shafer, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with my Masters in Counseling. I have been practicing professionally in the counseling field since 2005 and have worked in the mental health field since 1999.
I approach therapy primarily as a Jungian-Existentialist, however, I also realize that many clients may need different approaches to achieve their success, and because of that I also incorporate an eclectic approach towards therapy in addition to my primary school of thought, therefore I can utilize many different modalities and approaches of therapy depending on the what you need in your sessions.
My specializations are working with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction and grief counseling. I also like to write a little bit and have published a few books concerning the human condition. On the personal side of things I lead a simple and quiet life, where I enjoy reading history, science fiction and philosophy books, playing the bass guitar, listening to music, traveling and amateur astronomy.

I am affirming and welcoming of all identities, including gender identity, race, sexuality, religion, and cultural background. Life can bring difficult seasons, and you don’t have to move through them alone. Together, we can work toward healing, growth, and greater self-acceptance.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but I strive to make the process comfortable, collaborative, and supportive from the very beginning.
I really enjoy talking about life in general and I hope to bring that to the therapy. I look at sessions like a conversation about psychology while providing structure to achieve goals. I hope that makes it interesting while remaining focused on you as an individual. I think life is very much about learning new things. This philosophy supports being a person who needs to learn and grow.
Many people come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them - whether that's anxiety, relationship struggles, substance use, or a lingering sense they've lost connection with who they truly are.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship patterns, substance use concerns, life transitions, and questions of identity.
I specialize in supporting clients experiencing substance use disorders, co-dependency, co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns, anxiety, depression, stress, relational patterns, shame, people-pleasing, identity exploration and rebuilding a healthy relationship with self, and religious or spiritual trauma. Many of my clients are working to untangle harmful patterns, rebuild trust with themselves, and create healthier relationships.
I have particular interest in supporting individuals unpacking harmful religious experiences or high-control faith environments. Many clients I work with are navigating questions of identity, autonomy, and personal values after feeling pressure to conform to rigid belief systems. Many of the clients I work with are learning to trust their own voice again after years of feeling pressure to meet others' expectations. I understand how deeply faith, identity, family, and community can be intertwined, and I approach this work with care and respect for each person's unique journey.
My approach is collaborative and strengths-based. I believe therapy is not a "one-size-fits all" experience, and I tailor the process to each client's needs, values and goals.
Seeking greater serenity in your life takes courage. Therapy can be a space to slow down, gain insight, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been overlooked or silenced along the way. You deserve support as you move toward a life that feels more grounded, authentic, and aligned with who you truly are. I would be honored to walk alongside you in that process.

Are you constantly trying to strike a balance between the demands of work and parenting or co-parenting, while also managing your health, housework, and perhaps other demands? In your family, does the caretaking always fall to you? Are you experiencing depression and anxiety in reaction to either a past trauma and/or burnout from stress? I work with women who are experiencing what I like to call "multiple-role fatigue". I have experience in treating depression, anxiety, and trauma-related stress disorders common to women who face an ever-mounting load of responsibilities in a complex society, where being a mother or a caretaker often comes with diverse challenges and responsibilities. I also like to work with clients on their recovery from trauma. With this in mind, I incorporate various treatment modalities, where healing and recovery can take place through a combination of compassionate conversation, active listening, homework assignments journaling, mindfulness, self-reflection, cognitive behavior therapy, grief counseling, boundary setting and trauma-informed care. I also offer a faith-based support, where clients seeking a Christian approach are welcome.
I like to form a supportive alliance with caregivers to help them navigate the demands of parenting a child or children with higher needs. I focus on parental needs, and I work with clients using evidence-based techniques to empower them to achieve balance and experience lasting well-being. For parents, I'm a big advocate of self-care, and I help my clients learn to nurture themselves in a sustainable way to avoid burnout. I also believe that parents need to feel seen and heard, and the stress of parenting cannot be overemphasized. Forming a partnership with parents, giving them a forum in which they feel consistently supported in a compassionate and non-judgmental way, therefore, is one of my top priorities as a therapist.
