The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Painful life experiences and battles with family health trauma, grief and loss marriage racism and being open to all people in life, I have come in contact with and having a PEACE OF MIND through all of lifes changes.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with clients from different cultures as stated by (Jung ) " To know the culture, is to see the person ". I help those who desire to participate in their healing. Building rapport it makes them feel safe and motivated about addressing their mental health needs. I love the transformation that takes place during the treatment process. Although we didn’t get in depth with issues since it was an initial visit, I was able to give Sabrina a synopsis of my life. She asked pertinent questions in order to get to know me and took thorough notes. Her demeanor was very warm and she was attentive. I’m excited for my next session just so I can learn more about ME!
