Hi! I am a License Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, and have a Licensed in Addictions. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults for over 30 years providing support, guidance, therapy, and treatment helping each one overcome their obstacles in life. My focus is Wellness and treatment is driven by my clients self- stated goals as I meet them where they are at.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our initial session the first thing we will do is build a rapport. This will consist of introduction, getting to know one another, and most importantly, you tell me what your hopes are and the goals that you would like to make in the therapy process.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

In working in the field for over 25 years and providing therapy, I have been able to motivate, educate, and help clients meet their full level of wellness by addressing their challenges, meeting them where they are at, helping them take baby steps to meeting their goals, and most importantly not only applauding them on their success but uplifting them when they fail.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

In my years of providing therapy, I have worked with all ages, and a diverse population. I welcome all clients as I have accomplished throughout the years helping each individual overcome their obstacles in life.
