I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, and Certified Addiction Specialist with over 30 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults. My practice is rooted in wellness and guided by each client’s self-identified goals. I meet individuals where they are, offering compassionate therapy, evidence-based treatment, and personalized guidance to help them navigate life’s challenges and build meaningful change.
- Introductions & Rapport Building We’ll start by getting to know each other. I’ll share a bit about my approach, and you’re welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable. - Understanding Your Story I’ll invite you to talk about what brings you to therapy, what challenges you’re facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. This is a space for your voice and your goals. - Exploring Goals & Wellness Focus We’ll begin identifying your self-stated goals and what wellness looks like for you. These goals will guide our treatment plan and help us track progress over time. - Clarifying Expectations & Boundaries I’ll explain how sessions typically work, confidentiality, and how we’ll collaborate. You can ask questions about anything—from scheduling to therapeutic techniques. - Next Steps We’ll discuss frequency of sessions, any initial strategies or supports, and how we’ll move forward together.
After more than 25 years of providing therapy, I’ve learned that my greatest strengths are in meeting clients exactly where they are. I help them take small, meaningful steps toward their goals, offering encouragement, education, and emotional support along the way. I celebrate their wins and uplift them through their struggles, always holding space for both progress and vulnerability.
Throughout my years in practice, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals across all ages and backgrounds. My ideal client is anyone seeking support, healing, or growth. I welcome diversity in all forms and am committed to helping each person overcome life’s challenges, honoring their unique journey toward wellness.
