LPC, 15 years of experience
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), as well as a Certified Life Coach and Divorce Mediator. As a trauma-informed therapist, I specialize in helping individuals and families heal from unresolved conflicts, past trauma, and relationship challenges. I also have extensive experience supporting those struggling with substance use and gambling addiction, guiding them toward lasting recovery and healthier ways of living. Beyond recovery, I am passionate about helping people discover meaning, purpose, and direction in their lives. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that every person has the strength to create positive change. Whether you’re seeking healing, personal growth, or tools to overcome life’s challenges, I am here to walk alongside you.
During the initial session, you will have the opportunity to share what feels most important to you in a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment. This time is dedicated to open communication and helping you feel heard and understood. Together, we will begin building our therapeutic relationship, explore your concerns, and discuss your goals for therapy. By the end of the session, we will have a clearer sense of your needs and a direction for how we can work collaboratively toward healing and growth.
My greatest strength is my ability to be deeply empathetic while also offering inspiration and hope. I create a safe space where clients feel truly understood, and I encourage them to see their own strengths and resilience. This combination of compassion and motivation allows me to support clients in both healing from the past and moving forward with confidence and purpose.
The client who desires to increase self-awareness, establish healthy boundaries, and recover from previous negative experiences will benefit from my holistic, compassionate, and empathetic approach. I have worked with everyone from high-profile clients to some of the most vulnerable, and I provide the same level of respect, dedication, and care to each person I support.

With over a decade of experience, I have implemented CBT. We discuss the cognitive triangle in my practice, which believes that thoughts influence emotions, which in turn influence actions. We emphasize in my practice the significance of having positive beliefs, as they are the foundation for experiencing happiness.
When necessary, experiential therapy will be implemented. To assist the client in processing negative thoughts, an experiential therapy session might involve assigning my client to perform a role play or encouraging them to create music or art.
