Now Available Weekend and Weekday Mornings! Therapy with me is not a place where you are given band-aids. While many techniques I employ can help in the immediate, our goal is to find long-lasting change. This may be uncomfortable or difficult at times, but through that discomfort comes deeper understanding and insight, and ultimately a more healed and meaningful existence. All of this is done in the warmest, most supportive environment possible. Hard work can be wrapped in comfort and support to make the journey a little less hard. I want you to feel safe even during difficult moments. The most important person in our sessions is you. You are the focus, and I am unashamedly on your side - our goal is to help you reach your most authentic self. I will push you to do the hard work but also be your biggest cheerleader. We will take on challenges together; you will never be alone.

Hi, My name is Vanessa, and I am a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania. I believe in treating clients as co-creators in their therapeutic process. I strive to create an affirming, non-judgemental, and empathetic environment for my clients to express themselves authentically. The therapeutic process is one in which I will utilize cognitive restructuring, mindfulness, and self-compassion practices to facilitate processing, feeling, and connecting to oneself and emotions. My preferred populations are adolescents 14-18, transitional adults 19-25, and adults. I specialize in Autism Spectrum, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, trauma-related disorders,&anxiety disorders, I provide in-depth assessments, track progress, and modify when necessary. I have had extensive cultural training and find fulfillment in providing my clients with an open, accepting, and encouraging environment. My passion is to see others succeed, which makes counseling something I enjoy doing. If you have read this far, I want to work with you. I intend that you come to a space where you are seen in a way that is contrary to what you have experienced. Reach out!

Hi there! I'm Lainey. Do you feel stuck, powerless, and unable to develop sustainable strategies for long-term health? Are you hoping to challenge your inner critic? Is it hard to cultivate self-compassion? I help individuals find a peaceful relationship with their mind, body, and soul. Together, we can work on discovering how to feel a greater sense of safety, power, control, and esteem during the healing journey. We will identify what is keeping you stuck and get you back to balance. I believe you have an inherent strength that will help you rediscover your authentic self, outside of whatever may be holding you back. Everyone deserves to feel safe and at home in their bodies. Hello! My name is Cody and I'm currently licensed as an LCSW/therapist in Pennsylvania. I received by Bachelors degree from Coastal Carolina University in 2010 and then my Masters degree from Winthrop University in 2012. I began practicing while I was in graduate school so I'm currently on my 13th year of practice. My clinical background includes outpatient therapy, in-home therapy, integrated behavioral health and primary care, inpatient treatment, and forensic psychology. Since I've run a large span of different practices I consider myself a jack-of-all trades when it comes to mental health and therapy. Things I've treated most are depression, anxiety, LGBTQIA issues, trauma, OCD, Bipolar Disorder, and ADHD. If you don't see your concern listed, don't hesitate to ask! I tell people often, I'm a come-as-you-are type therapist that likes to foster an open and comfortable environment. Together, we can identify what your concerns/goals are, find the best way to address them, monitor your progress, and adjust as needed.

I'm so glad you're here! I’m excited to collaborate with you in working toward increasing sexual safety, wellness, and pleasure in your life. I'd love to work together to figure out what you’re already doing that’s working for you and develop a plan to build on your current strengths and supports to help you move toward the sexual life and relationships you want. Most of us have been taught not to talk about sex and our bodies, and many of us have been taught to be ashamed of our bodies and what we think about, fantasize about, and do sexually. I believe that everyone is a sexual being and that sexual expression is a healthy part of all of our lives. Sometimes all we need is for someone to hold a safe space for us while we explore and process. Sometimes what we need is specific education, skills, and the support to develop them. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience in the field of sexual wellness, my goal isn’t to tell you where you should go, what you should do, or how you should be, but to help you move in the direction of the life you want, wherever that might take you.

I became a therapist because I saw how powerfully transformative having a safe space could be in my life and the lives of my loved ones. It is my firm belief that everyone can benefit from therapy if they are well matched to the person they are working with. Over the course of the past decade, I've honed specialty focus on trauma-informed care, LGBTQ+, kink/sex positivity, human sexuality, women's empowerment, relationships and family sessions, and gaining a strong sense of self and direction in the face of challenging life circumstances. If these areas of treatment resonate with you, I'd love to schedule a time to connect about what you are looking for in a therapist. I completed my undergraduate degree in Communication Studies at UCLA and completed my MSW at University of Southern California. I am licensed in California and Pennsylvania. My clinical focus areas include trauma, relationships, sexuality, gender and the personality disorder spectrum in addition to working extensively with associated comorbidities such as anxiety and depression. I am a believer in whole-person wellness and am able to integrate yogic principles, creative arts and mindfulness into sessions to assist with deeper work. At the present time I am accepting remote access clients via telehealth, a safety precaution due to Covid-19. I look forward to meeting you and am excited to work toward your goals with you!

I am a psychotherapist who works with a diverse population of people. My goal is to collaborate with individuals to assist them in achieving their therapy goal(S). My treatment modalities are cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and Ericksonian hypnotherapy approaches. Although I used these modalities, I do not use a one size fits all approach. I am a think-out-of-the-box clinician that will often challenge clients to try approaches that may be out of their comfort zone. Some examples of my experience include working with individual clients on developing skills in coping with mental health conditions/diagnosis, life stress, finding balance, and improving self-esteem. Although I use these approaches, my clients tell me it feels like we are having a conversation as opposed to feeling like they are in a therapy session. I have a specialization in working with Veterans, LGBTQI, men, and people of color populations. However, I work with all people who are seeking mental health services. I am licensed in DC (LICSW), VA (LCSW), MD (LCSW-C), and PA (LCSW). I have BS in Human Ecology, BA in Humanities from The Ohio State University, MSW from San Jose State University and Post Masters fellowship in mental health from Stanford University.

Hello! I'm Clara. If you have been through traumatic experiences that are getting in the way of you living your life authentically, I would love to support you in regaining a sense of control over your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. If you have experienced loss, I would love to help you learn how to move through grief, rather than avoid it. If you find that you fall into codependent patterns in relationships, I would love to collaborate with you around boundary setting and self-care. I use a psychodynamic approach because I believe it is beneficial to identify the root of unhelpful behaviors and build compassion for the younger versions of yourself that were present when negative beliefs or self-sabotaging behaviors first showed up. I understand the negative impact that societal systems and institutions can have on health and well-being. I will guide you if you are curious to explore how oppressive systems may be affecting you mentally, physically, and spiritually, allowing for new perspectives to be imagined and utilized.

I often introduce myself as one of the most awkward counselors people will meet, but only as a reminder that it’s okay to be human. Are you also neurospicy and maybe just need time to take off that mask? Let's do that. We can also develop tools needed to advocate against whichever systems of oppression you find yourself most affected and marginalized by. My clients often seek support for issues related to lifestyle design, behavior change, childhood trauma, identity + sexuality, gender-affirming care, attachment issues, relationships, and substance use/abuse. I apply trauma-focused, queer, feminist, and anti-oppressive lenses as I incorporate harm reduction principles into my practice. I am also sex, kink, polyamory, body, and LGBTQIA+ positive. I believe that everyone can heal, transform and thrive with the right amount of support, knowledge, and guidance to do so. I hold a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor, but I am very aware that you are far more of an expert on yourself than I ever will be. I've been helping addicts recover (in their own ways) my entire career. Clients have described my counseling style as transparent, challenging, authentic, and genuinely caring. I may curse a bit, and be pretty direct at times, but I'll always compassionately encourage your growth.

Hello! I'm Erin, a licensed clinical social worker located in Bucks County, PA. Have you spent a lifetime feeling the need to prove yourself, grappling with feelings of inadequacy? How does appearance and success impact your self-perception? Does perfectionism and comparison rob you of joy? Worthiness is intrinsic and does not need to be earned. Therapy can help us to accept (maybe even embrace) our imperfections and vulnerabilities, uncovering authentic pieces of ourself. Life's challenges often fracture our sense of self, leading to self-blame during tough times. Staying mired in unproductive patterns affects our well-being (what we often term 'symptoms'). I'm here to empower you, guiding towards new paths and insights, breaking free from these barriers and fostering a more fulfilling life.
