I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified IFS Therapist in Puerto Rico and the states of Pennsylvania, Florida and Massachusetts. I am white latinex (puertorican) and bi/queer, my pronouns are she/they/ella/elle. My first language is Spanish and provide bilingual services (English). First session

During our first session I like to take time to get to know what is showing up for my clients, start building repair in the process of healing and care. Each session for me can be a first session in a continuum of experiences we have in our day to day life. As well as giving space for our past experiences that still show up to provide support in their unique ways.

It is important for me to hold space and allow for your inner unfolding. I provide best care to those that want to explore innovative forms of healing, grounded within their bodies and multiplicity. I can support folx in increasing self awareness to become more present within themselves and community. Alicia has opened my mind to forgiveness and understanding in a way that no other therapist has. She is always assisting me to get to the deepest feelings to find the way to heal. The way she works with IFS opens up so much and helps me to live my life with autonomy and strength. I am so thankful to have found her and the work is challenging but very authentic and provides the tools to live my best life.
