LCSW, 20 years of experience
Currently I work with a sliding fee scale of 75-150$ per clinical hour. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania, Florida and Massachusetts. I am white latinex (puertorican) and bi/queer, my pronouns are she/they/ella/elle. My first language is Spanish and provide bilingual services (English). This is my 3rd year in private practice, it is challenging and rewarding. Which is also how I see the therapeutic process. I consider myself a radical care worker providing care through the lens of transfeminism, body trust, abolition and decolonization. As a care worker I consider myself a lifelong learner, currently learning more about polyamory and kink to support my clients. Get to know me more at www.presentetherapy.com
During our first session I like to take time to get to know what is showing up for my clients, start building repair in the process of healing and care. Each session for me can be a first session in a continuum of experiences we have in our day to day life. As well as giving space for our past experiences that still show up to provide support in their unique ways.
As a clinician it is important for me to hold space and allow for your inner unfolding. I provide best care to those that want to explore innovative forms of healing, ground within their bodies and multiplicity. I can support folx in increasing self awareness to become more present within themselves and community. Also for individuals who have had prior psychedelic experiences or planning to have one, I provide a foundation for harm reduction, preparation and integration.
white latine/mixed/bi folx, bi/queer and Spanish speaking/Bi-lingual, Spanglish experience, re/parenting.

Alicia has opened my mind to forgiveness and understanding in a way that no other therapist has. She is always assisting me to get to the deepest feelings to find the way to heal. The way she works with IFS opens up so much and helps me to live my life with autonomy and strength. I am so thankful to have found her and the work is challenging but very authentic and provides the tools to live my best life.

I can't express enough gratitude for Alicia's transformative impact on my life. Her empathetic approach and insightful guidance have changed not only my mental health but also my once culturally biased perspective on therapy. She has skillfully dismantled my ignorance, empowering me to embrace self-growth and wellness. Her unwavering support is a beacon of hope and clarity. Thank you for not only being an exceptional therapist but also for being a catalyst of positive change in my life.
Giving space from a place of multiplicity, and range of inner emotions through mind, body and soul. I am an IFS Institute (level 1 and IFIO level 2) and plan to become an Internal Family System certified therapist (2025) and eventually become a level 3 IFS therapist (October 2025).
