I take a holistic, strengths-based approach to therapy, integrating elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork. I firmly believe that each client’s unique story should shape the therapeutic journey.
