Hello! I began my social work journey in 2006 and have been working in the mental health field since I obtained my MSW in 2008. As a clinical social worker I have thoroughly enjoyed the privilege of helping individuals identify and address many mental health concerns and move towards the life they most desire. I am passionate about addressing the stigma around addictions and serious mental illness and I believe the best way to begin any mental health journey of recovery is with compassion and understanding. I work from a cognitive-behavioral perspective and I use a strengths-based orientation of empowerment to foster growth and progress. I feel that we are already our best selves-we just need some help letting go of the survival skills we've taken on to get through the toughest times in our lives. I have spent several years working exclusively with homeless veterans and individuals struggling with addiction, and this has given me additional perspective and insight into the needs of some of our most vulnerable populations. I am an advocate, an accountability partner, an empath and your greatest cheerleader. I'm excited to help you rediscover your best self and to claim the life you deserve.
I am a licensed clinical therapist. My ideal client is someone who desires to heal and move forward with their lives. This person is willing to do the work necessary to get the results they desire. My ideal client is respectful of my time just as I would be respectful of their time; thus, my ideal client attends all scheduled sessions or cancels at least 24-48 hours in advance.

Life threw me a curveball when I underwent open-heart surgery—but I hit it out of the park with resilience, self-care, and a passion for helping others do the same. With 20 years of experience as a social worker, including supporting children and families in a school setting, I understand the ups and downs of life and the power of healthy coping strategies. In my past role, I worked closely with families, helping them manage, cope, and recover from trauma. Through this experience, I developed a deep understanding of the challenges families face and guided them with empathy and practical support. Whether you're navigating the emotional rollercoaster of life and work or recovering from a difficult chapter, I’m here to help you regain your balance, one step at a time. Let’s work together to make your comeback even stronger.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges while creating healthier and more fulfilling lives. Over the course of my career, I have had the privilege of working with people from diverse backgrounds, each with their own unique story, strengths, and struggles. These experiences have shaped my understanding of how deeply personal circumstances are influenced by larger systems, and how healing requires both compassion and practical strategies.
My therapeutic style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I believe that healing is not something I do for you but something we create together. I meet you exactly where you are, without judgment, and walk beside you as you move forward. My role is to provide guidance, support, and evidence-based tools that empower you to make meaningful changes while honoring your lived experiences.
I specialize in helping clients manage stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, but I also work with individuals seeking personal growth, clarity, or support during life transitions. Regardless of the circumstances, I view therapy as a space where people can feel seen, heard, and supported in ways that allow them to connect more deeply with themselves and others.
At the core of my approach is the belief that every individual possesses resilience, strengths, and untapped potential. Whether you are facing a major life crisis or simply want to live with greater authenticity and joy, I am committed to helping you discover new possibilities for growth and healing.

My name is Monique Harris, MA, LPC, LCDC. I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Texas and Michigan. If you struggle with anxious attachment, people pleasing, setting boundaries, feeling triggered, anger, anxiety, depression, co-dependence, parenting issues, and ADD/ ADHD, then I want to work with you. These symptoms and attachment style are often related to each other and often related to similar childhood experiences of inconstant or abusive/neglectful caregivers. (ADD and ADHD is not cause by caregivers, however, when it goes undiagnosed in children, there is s strong correlation to symptoms described above)

I could list my degrees (MSW from USC), my credentials (LCSW, CFTP) and my experience (10 years of individual and couples therapy). Most of all I am a mom, a sister, a grandmom and a retired veteran. I understand life from many intersections. I know the stigma of seeing a mental health professional, but I also know that most of people that are in therapy seek treatment because they have to deal with people that refuse to seek treatment for themselves. I create a safe space to process what you have experienced, what you want to change, and what are your barriers to success.
Hi, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I received my degree from Indiana University and currently live in Indiana with 2 dogs, 2 horses and a cat. I have over 5 years of experience seeing clients in an office setting, or via telehealth for traditional therapy, as well as play therapy, and animal assisted therapy for in person sessions. I see teens, and adults for telehealth, to assist with developing coping skills, insight, and improved self-care to live life with greater ease, and less distress.
Hi, I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) based in the state of Michigan. I received my master's degree from Spring Arbor University in Michigan. I have been practicing for 20 years with primarily non-profit organizations. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults and I am currently working with adolescents who are in the juvenile justice system and providing family therapy to help the family shift their negative relational focus to a healthier view of each other.
Welcome, my name is Felice, (like ~Felice Navidad).
I know that reaching out for counseling takes courage, and I want you to know you don’t have to walk through life’s challenges alone. My role as a therapist is to create a safe, supportive space where you can share your story, explore your struggles, and discover practical tools for healing and growth.
With over 20 years of experience in education, counseling, and supporting individuals from all walks of life, I specialize in helping people through grief, adoption journeys, and major life transitions. I also work with clients facing anxiety, stress, self-esteem challenges, caregiving responsibilities, and relationship concerns.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I often integrate trauma-informed care, CBT techniques, and faith-based perspectives when desired, to help you find hope and resilience. Whether you are navigating personal loss, family changes, or simply seeking a healthier way forward, I am here to walk alongside you.
Together, we can work toward building peace, confidence, and new possibilities for your life.
Shaped by a wealth of life experience, I am a dedicated therapist specializing in the healing journeys of women and girls. My mission is grounded in compassion: to help you embrace self-compassion, build resilience, and rediscover your inner strength.
I work with clients navigating a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma and PTSD, intimate partner violence, perinatal and postpartum concerns, and grief and loss. No matter where you are in your journey, you don't have to face it alone.
My approach is deeply person-centered — meaning your goals, your pace, and your voice lead the way. I draw on evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to provide care that is both effective and tailored to your unique needs.

I work with high-functioning adults who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, emotional pain, or self-sabotage—even after years of traditional talk therapy. My approach integrates trauma-informed, somatic, and nervous system-based practices with subconscious reprogramming. Together, we’ll gently uncover and shift the deeper beliefs and survival patterns held in your body, creating healing that is not only insightful, but embodied and lasting.
God uniquely and wonderfully creates every person. In our uniqueness, we can get stuck. I am passionate about walking with individuals as they work to get unstuck, find healing, and find their path to living a fuller life. I have served as a pastor and a chaplain in prison ministry. Through pastoral care, I have spent considerable time walking with couples as they work through concerns. I have spent much of my chaplaincy working with men struggling with addiction, identity issues, and faith issues.
Welcome! I am Kimberly.
Are you struggling with a temporary setback or an ongoing problem? Are you wondering if there is hope for your circumstances or relationship?
I can assist you. There is always HOPE. I believe that, as human beings, we all face life challenges, be they relational, personal, emotional, spiritual, or physical, and our mental health affects how we respond to these challenges. Together, we will discover new meaning in your experiences, while identifying opportunities for healing and growth. Establishing relationship is critical to successful therapeutic outcomes and as a result, my style of work is interactive, collaborative, direct, and reflective of my focus on the transforming power of relationships. Seeking therapy can feel scary, but you are making a brave choice and you deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, you will be an active participant and I will meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques, so you can overcome whatever is holding you back and find hope for a new beginning. If you need a seasoned, genuine, non-judgmental, and respectful counselor, who seeks to empower you to overcome your challenges and transform your life, please contact me.
I’m a licensed counselor who believes healing and growth happen when people feel safe enough to listen to themselves. You are the expert on your own life, intuition, and timing, and my role is to create a steady, respectful space where your nervous system can settle and your own wisdom can come forward. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and empowering—I guide clients in reconnecting with their intuition, building confidence, and trusting themselves to move forward. Because of this philosophy, most of my work is intentionally short-term (we check in every 4–8 sessions), focused on supporting self-trust and clarity. Many clients leave sessions feeling grounded, capable, and ready to take intentional steps in their lives. Outside of counseling, I enjoy spending time in nature, exploring art, books and spirituality in ways that feel meaningful to me. I love sharing life with my partner, my teenager, and animal companions, who remind me every day about presence, curiosity, and joy.

My greatest strength as a therapist is to be able to provide Professional Counseling using everyday/real world language and interactions and allowing clients to have an experience talking to "down to earth professional" . I strive to make a client feel heard and validated as a person while helping them take steps in reaching their identified goals.

Think of me as your guide through life's ups and downs, offering a warm and welcoming space where you can be yourself without any judgment. Together, we'll build a supportive therapeutic rapport, explore your inner world, and work towards creating the life you deserve. So, let's embark on this adventure together and discover the strength and resilience within you. I'm here to support you on your journey towards healing and personal growth!
Hi, I’m Sema—and I get it.
I know that when you’re going through a difficult time, it can feel like no one truly hears you. Sometimes, even well-meaning people try to “fix” things without fully understanding what you're going through. That’s why I aim to offer something different: a safe, judgment-free space where you feel genuinely heard.
My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, connection, and collaboration. I believe in working alongside my clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, identify the core of their challenges, and build practical tools to manage and move through them. Together, we don’t just talk about the problem—we work toward healing, growth, and long-term resilience.
I earned my LMSW from Wayne State University in 2016 and have since supported individuals navigating a wide range of challenges including mental health concerns, grief and loss, substance use, complex family dynamics, and the emotional toll of physical health issues. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and integrative therapeutic techniques that help clients reframe negative thought patterns, develop coping strategies, and move toward becoming the best version of themselves.
You don't have to do this alone. I'm here to support you, listen to you and walk with you through whatever you're facing.
I believe in therapy as someone who has done my own clinical work since I was in my mid-twenties. I grew up in NJ and moved to Michigan to attend college and have been here since that time. I spent the first part of my career working in the foster care system with children and adolescents which I really enjoyed. That gave me a great foundation for working with the adult issues of attachment, child developmental stages that were not accomplished and struggles with current relationships.
I do a lot of work with people who were raised by narcissistic parents, people who are dealing with cancer diagnosis and those with chronic or life threatening illnesses. I work with people who are addressing childhood trauma, sexual abuse or emotional abuse. I have worked with adoptees who are seeking understanding of themselves and their past. I do a lot of work with individuals transitioning from a divorce situation and all the adjustments that this involves especially in coparenting situations. I find people and their life experiences fascinating and always worth unpacking and investigating to gain a better understanding of the self as a whole being; there is always something new to learn.
