Hi I am a fully licensed LMSW and I work with adults suffering from Anxiety and Depression. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to identify negative thought patterns and help replace these thoughts with positive thinking using various techniques. We use homework such as journaling and relaxation techniques to help reduce anxiety. I provide a supportive environment to allow you to freely express your feelings and concerns.
In our first session, we'll start with brief introductions, and then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. We will discuss your concerns and what you want to achieve from therapy. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
