In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our first session is not a therapeutic meeting. It is an assessment where I will be asking a lot of questions about your history, what is happening presently and what you may want to be working on for your future. We will being building rapport and trust over the next sessions and during our time together going forward.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I have over 20 years of experience providing therapy to a wide range of people in various socio-economic, educational and family backgrounds. I use many different therapeutic approaches, an eclectic approach, that will be tailored to your needs and likely vary over time and your needs change. I do not believe any one therapy works for any one person. You and your needs are unique. Your therapeutic experience should be as well.
